Abstract
INDONESIA:
Motivasi belajar merupakan suatu dorongan yang menggerakan individu untuk melakukan suatu aktivitas belajar sehingga mendapatkan penambahan, maupun pembaruan terhadap informasi yang diharapkan. Motivasi belajar siswa mendorong semangat dalam menghadapi halangan untuk mencapai tujuan yang dipengaruhi beberapa faktor salah satunya adalah komunikasi Interpersonal.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi belajar member di Camp Bimbingan Belajar BIAS Education Pare, 2) untuk mengetahui tingkat komunikasi interpersonal antara tutor dan member di Camp BIAS Education Pare, 3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal antara tutor dan member terhadap motivasi belajar member dalam persiapan tes SMBPTN di Camp Bimbingan Belajar BIAS Education Pare
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah subjek 40 yang terdiri dari 16 siswa laki-laki dan 24 siswa perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua skala yaitu Motivation To Achieve Academically, dan Interpersonal Communication Invemtory (ICI). Analisi yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penenelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif komunikasi interpersonal terhadap motivasi belajar.
Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa tingkat motivasi belajar siswa berada pada kategori tinggi yaitu sebesar 75%, begitupula tingkat komunikasi interpersonal berada pada kategori tinggi, yaitu sebesar 70%. Sedangkan pengaruh komunikasi tnterpersonal terhadap motivasi belajar memberikan pengaruh sebesar 46%.

Learning motivation is an encouragement that moves individuals to carry out a learning activity so as to get additions, and updates to the expected information. Student learning motivation encourages enthusiasm in facing obstacles to achieve goals that are influenced by several factors one of which is interpersonal communication.
The purpose of this study is 1) to find out the level of learning motivation of members in the BIAS Education Pare Tutoring Camp, 2) to determine the level of interpersonal communication between tutors and members at Camp BIAS Education Pare, 3) to determine the effect of interpersonal communication between tutors and members towards member learning motivation in preparation for the SMBPTN test at the BIAS Education Pare Tutoring Camp
This study uses a quantitative approach method with 40 subjects consisting of 16 male students and 24 female students. Data collection techniques in this study using random sampling techniques. Data collection in this study uses two scales, namely Motivation To Achieve Academically, and Interpersonal Communication Inquiry (ICI). The analysis conducted is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Research results show that there is a positive influence on interpersonal communication on learning motivation.
The results of the analysis show that the level of student learning motivation is in the high category that is 75%, likewise the level of interpersonal communication is in the high category, which is 70%. While the influence of interpersonal communication on learning motivation has an effect of 46%.
