Abstract
INDONESIA:
Smartphone sudah seperti kebutuhan pokok bagi masyarakat saat ini, khususnya bagi para remaja. Smarthpone dirancang untuk memudahkan hidup, baik untuk bekerja seperti sebagai alat perckapan, mengakses e-mail, mengakses internet, dan lain-lain. Saat ini banyak sekali bermunculan merek Smarthpone dengan berbagai model, desain, kualitas, Prestige dan harga yang cukup besrsaing. Untuk itu perusahaan samsung memerlukan strategi untuk tetap menjaga Brand Imagenya yaitu melalui salah satunya yaitu selalu menjaga kualitasnya untuk tetap membuat produknya laku dipasaran dan tetap menjadi pilihan bagi para konsumen Smartphone.
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pengguna Smartphone Samsung di Kota Malng. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pengguna Smartphone Samsung di Kota Malang yaitu terdiri dari 5 Kecamatan. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 90 responden dengan teknik accidental sampling . dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analsis data uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji heteroskesdastisitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji f, uji t dan uji analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 16.
Pada penelitian ini disimpulkan: Brand Image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Smartphone Smasung, Kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Smartphone Smasung dan Brand Image dan kualitas produk secara simultan beperngaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Smartphone samsung di kota Malang.

Smartphones are like basic needs for people today, especially for teenagers. Smarthpone is designed to make life easier, both to work like a chat, access e-mail, access the internet, and others. Nowadays, there are a lot of Smarthpone brands with various models, designs, quality, Prestige and prices that are quite expensive. For this reason, Samsung companies need a strategy to maintain their image brand, namely through one of them, which is always maintaining its quality to keep making its products sellable in the market and still be an option for consumers of smartphones.
This research was conducted on Samsung Smartphone users in Malng City. This type of research uses a quantitative research model. The population of this study is Samsung Smartphone users in Malang City which consists of 5 Districts. The sample used was 90 respondents with accidental sampling technique. in this study using data analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroskesdastisitas test, multicollinearity test, f test, t test and multiple linear regression analysis test with the help of SPSS 16 software.
In this study concluded: Brand Image has a significant effect on the purchase decision of Smasung Smartphone, Product quality has a significant effect on the purchase decision of Smasung Smartphone and Brand Image and product quality simultaneously have a significant effect on Samsung smartphone purchase decisions in Malang.
