Abstract
INDONESIA:
Penelitian ini didasarkan pada fenomena yang terjadi di PT. Victory International Futures Malang, dimana kepemimpinan perusahaan dianggap mampu mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dan dapat memunculkan rasa employee terhadap perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan serta berapa besar employee engagement memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari latar belakang itulah sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan dengan judul “Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dimediasi Oleh Employee Engagement (Studi Kasus Pada PT. Victory International Futures Malang)”
Penelitian ini menggunakan pedekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis explanatory research. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 101 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner (angket). Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS).
Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Victory International Futures Malang. Sedangkan variabel employee engagement memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Victory International Futures Malang.
ENGLISH:
This research is based on the phenomenon that occurred at PT. Victory International Futures Malang, where corporate leadership is considered capable of influencing employee performance and can give rise to a sense of employee company. The purpose of this study is to analyze the direct and indirect effects of transformational leadership on employee performance and how much employee engagement mediates the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. From this background, this research was conducted with the title "The Effect of Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance Mediated by Employee Engagement (Case Study at PT. Victory International Futures Malang)"
This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of explanatory research. The sample in this study were 101 respondents. Data was collected by questionnaire (questionnaire). Data analysis in this study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach.
Results of the study show that there is a significant influence between transformational leadership on the performance of employees of PT. Victory International Futures Malang. While the employee engagement variable mediates the effect of transformational leadership on the performance of employees of PT. Victory International Futures Malang.
