Abstract
INDONESIA:
Pengukuran kinerja merupakan tolak ukur sebuah organisasi/perusahaan untuk menilai keberhasilan organisasinya dalam mencapai tujuan tertentu. Baznas Kabupaten Malang dapat melakukan pengukuran kinerja secara komprehensif (menyeluruh) dari aspek keuangan maupun non keuangan dengan metode Balanced Scorecard.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualikatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, kuisioner, dan dokumentasi. Analisis yang dilakukan dengan cara mengukur atas masing-masing perspektif yakni keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal dan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan.
Hasil kinerja Baznas Kabupaten Malang pada tahun 2017 - 2018 dapat dilihat dari pencapaian targetnya. Perspektif keuangan, kinerja Baznas Kabupaten Malang mengalami peningkatan target capaian penerimaan hingga 100% meskipun juga mengalami peningkatan dalam hal pengeluaran. Namun, hal tersebut dapat diimbangi oleh penerimaan yang cukup besar sehingga Baznas Kabupaten Malang sudah dinilai mampu dalam mempertahankan dan meningkatkan jumlah realisasi penerimaan. Perspektif pelanggan, kinerja Baznas Kabupaten Malang mengalami peningkatan terhadap Indeks Kepuasan Pelanggan hingga 90% serta mampu mempertahankan dan meningkatkan muzakki. Perspektif proses bisnis internal, peningkatan Indeks Kepuasan Karyawan dan kualitas karyawan yang mencapai 80% serta kemampuan kinerja Baznas Kabupaten Malang dalam mempertahankan jumlah karyawan sehingga dalam perspektif ini dapat dinilai cukup baik. Perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan menunjukkan hasil yang cukup baik dengan terjalinnya kenyamanan dan hubungan yang baik antar karyawan sehingga meningkatkan produktifitas kinerja. Total skor kinerja dari seluruh perspektif yaitu 86.7 yang menunjukkan bahwa kinerja Baznas Kabupaten Malang masuk kategori istimewa.

Performance measurement is a benchmark of an organization / company to assess the success of the organization in achieving certain goals. Malang Regency Baznas can measure performance comprehensively (overall) from financial and non-financial aspects using the Balanced Scorecard method.
This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collected by observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The analysis is done by measuring each perspective, namely financial, customer, internal business processes and growth and development.
The results of the performance of Malang Regency Baznas in 2017 - 2018 can be seen from the achievement of its targets. Financial perspective, the performance of Malang District Baznas has increased its revenue achievement target to 100% although it has also experienced an increase in expenditure. However, this can be offset by a large enough revenue so that Malang Regency Baznas has been considered capable of maintaining and increasing the amount of revenue realization. Customer perspective, the performance of Malang District Baznas has increased to the Customer Satisfaction Index up to 90% and is able to maintain and improve muzakki. Internal business process perspective, increase in Employee Satisfaction Index and employee quality which reached 80% and the ability of Baznas Malang Regency to maintain the number of employees so that this perspective can be considered quite good. Learning and growth perspective shows quite good results with the establishment of comfort and good relationships between employees so as to increase productivity productivity. The total score of performance from all perspectives is 86.7 which shows that the performance of Malang Regency Baznas is in “very good” category.
