Pengaruh profitabilitas dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan dviden sebagai variabel moderasi: Studi kasus pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) tahun 2013-2017

Perkembangan investasi di Indonesia terus mengalami peningkatan. Peningkatan investasi di Indonesia didukung dengan semakin mudahnya para investor memperoleh informasi mengenai pasar modal di Indonesia. Sehingga banyak masyarakat yang ingin mencoba untuk menjadi investor, terutama pada investasi saham syariah. Seringkali yang menjadi tolak ukur investor adalah harga saham yang memiliki potensi harga yang tinggi. Semakin tinggi harga saham, maka akan mencerminkan bahwa semakin tinggi pula nilai perusahaan tersebut. Nilai perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu profitabilitas, leverage dan kebijakan dividen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan dan mengetahui kemampuan kebijakan dividen dalam memoderasi pengaruh profitabilitas dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan

Berdasarkan tujuan penelitian tersebut, maka penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian explanatory research, yang akan menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel independen tersebut terhadap variabel dependen yang diperkuat oleh variabel moderating melalui pengujian hipotesis. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi penelitian adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di JII selama periode 2013-2017 sebanyak 49 perusahaan. Sedangkan teknik sampel yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling. Teknik ini merupakan teknik yang digunakan dengan menentukan kriteria terhadap sampel. Sampel yang memenuhi kriteria sebanyak 13 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id) dan website perusahaan-perusahaan yang termasuk dalam sampel. Analisis data menggunakan model Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan alat bantu SPSS 25.0 for Windows.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, 2) Leverage berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, 3) Kebijakan dividen mampu memoderasi pengaruh profitabiltas terhadap nilai perusahaan, 4) Kebijakan dividen mampu memoderasi pengaruh leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan.

The development of investment in Indonesia continues to increase. Increased investment in Indonesia is supported by the ease with which investors can obtain information about the capital market in Indonesia. So that many people want to try to become investors, especially in Islamic stock investments. Often the benchmark for investors is stock prices that have high potential prices. The higher the stock price, it will reflect that the higher the value of the company. Company value is influenced by several factors, namely profitability, leverage and dividend policy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability and leverage on company value and determine the ability of dividend policy in moderating the effect of profitability and leverage on company value.

Based on the purpose of the study, this study includes the type of research on explanatory research, which will explain the causal relationship between these independent variables to the dependent variable which is reinforced by the moderating variable through testing the hypothesis. This study uses quantitative research with a research population that are companies listed on JII during the 2013-2017 period as many as 49 companies. While the sample technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique. This technique is a technique used by determining criteria for the sample. Samples that meet the criteria are 13 companies. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) and the websites of companies included in the sample. Data analysis using the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS 25.0 for Windows.

The results of this study indicate that: 1) Profitability affects on company value, 2) Leverage affects on company value, 3) Dividend policy is able to moderate the effect of profitability on company value, 4) Dividend policy is able to moderate the effect of leverage on company value.
