Abstract
ABSTRACT
In the development era of ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) internet become a basic needs to human. Being every aspects of life have relied internet to make an effective and efficient work. Exactly internet has so many benefits, however the existence of internet in a workplace can cause a malfunction behavior, called cyberloafing. Cyberloafing can be decreased by making a positif organizational climate that can impact the emanate of the employees.
This quantitative research intended to determine the relationship between organizational climate and cyberloafing of teacher and educators in SMKN 1 Lumajang. This research using all of the population amount 138 human being. As well there are 2 scalae in this research i.e. the scale of organizational climate and the scale of cyberloafing.
Based on the analysis data, every subject has its own frequence. There are (17.39%) people who claimed a positif organizational climate. While 95 (68.84%) people were in neutral organizational climate and 19 (13.77%) people were in negatif organizational climate. After words, there are 29 (21.01%) people were in high category of cyberloafing. 76 (55.09%) people were in medium category, and the remaining 33 (23,91%) people were in low category. The result showed that there was a negatif relationship between organizational climate and cyberloafing (r= -0.260 and p= 0.002) that proved from the pearson product moment calculation. This mean that higher organizational climate can decrease the cyberloafing.
The unsavory organizational climate in SMKN 1 Lumajang is caused by the low dimensions of the open system, which affects the emergence of cyberloafing behavior. The results of data analysis showed that cyberloafing was mostly carried outby female that proven by the mean 55.11 and male 54.68. cyberloafing can be seen from different generation has the highest percentage that cost 49%, Generation X 26% and baby boomers 25%. Whilst, cyberloafing point of view from different professions show that 51% is owned by educators and 49% is owned by educators.

Pada era perkembangan ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) keberadaan internet menjadi kebutuhan pokok bagi manusia. Berbagai ranah kehidupan telah mengandalkan internet untuk mendukung pekerjaan agar lebih efektif dan efisien. Banyak sekali manfaat yang ditawarkan oleh internet, namun nyatanya adanya internet dalam dunia kerja dapat memunculkan perilaku cyberloafing. Salah satu cara untuk menurunkan perilaku cyberloafing yaitu dengan membentuk iklim organisasi yang positif karena dapat mempengaruhi perilaku yang dimunculkan karyawan.
Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan perilaku cyberloafing pada pendidik dan tenaga pendidik di SMK Negeri 1 Lumajang. Jumlah subjek penelitian adalah seluruh populasi dengan total 138 orang. Terdapat dua skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu skala organizational climate measurement dan cyberloafing behavior. Berdasarkan analisis data didapatkan jumlah frekuensi subjek masing-masing variabel. Pada variabel iklim organisasi terdapat 24 orang (17,39%) yang merasa bahwa iklim organisasinya positif. Sedangkan subjek yang berada pada iklim organisasi kategori netral sebanyak 95 orang (68,84%) dan 19 orang (13,77%) berada pada kategori negatif. Adapun variabel perilaku cyberloafing terdapat 29 orang (21,01%) berada pada kategori tinggi, 76 orang (55,08%) berada pada kategori sedang dan sisanya sebanyak 33 orang (23,91%) berada pada kategori rendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif yang terjadi antara iklim organisasi dengan perilaku cyberloafing (r= -0,260 dan p= 0,002) dibuktikan dari hasil perhitungan product moment pearson. Hal ini berarti semakin tinggi iklim organisasi maka semakin rendah perilaku cyberloafing yang dimunculkan.
Buruknya iklim organisasi di SMK Negeri Lumajang disebabkan oleh rendahnya dimensi open system sehingga mempengaruhi munculnya perilaku cyberloafing. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan perilaku cyberloafing paling banyak dilakukan oleh jenis kelamin perempuan dengan nilai mean 55,11 dan pria 54,68. Perilaku cyberloafing dilihat dari perbedaan generasi, diperoleh data bahwa generasi millennial memiliki persentase terbanyak yaitu 49%, Generasi X 26% dan generasi baby boomers 25%. Sedangkan perilaku cyberloafing ditinjau dari perbedaan profesi, menunjukkan angka 51% dimiliki oleh tenaga pendidik dan 49% dimiliki oleh pendidik.
