Abstract
INDONESIA:
Adanya kinerja positif dari Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Kota Malang dalam menangani pembiayaan bermasalah. Dari total pembiayaan yang diberikan sebesar Rp 765,272,365,303,- dengan total pembiayaan bermasalah sebesar Rp 5,166,723,712,- dengan mencatatkan tingkat non performing finance hanya 0,68% per desember 2017. Dari data tersebut cukup untuk menjadi bukti bahwa tingkat non performing finance Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Kota Malang menjadi yang terkecil di Kota Malang.
Jenis penelitian ini ialah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Tujuan penelitin adalah mengetahui unsur-unsur yang meminimalisir pembiayaan bermasalah dan mengetahui kendala-kendala serta cara penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah. Metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian di Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Kota Malang.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, unsur-unsur yang meminimalisir pembiayaan bermasalah ialah pembagian unit funsgi, analisa calon nasabah dengan tepat dan teliti, menginfokan jadwal pembayaran di awal bulan, selalu memonitoring nasabah, mempercepat proses restruturisasi, dan penetapan target pasar. Selain itu juga terdapat 13 kendala penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah dimana cara penyelesaiannya sesuai dengan kendala yang dihadapi teetapi secara umum penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah dilakukan dengan musyawarah dengan nasabah, proses restrukturisasi, penjualan agunan secara sukarela, pelelangan agunan dengan pihak balai lelang, dan diakhiri dengan write off.

There is a positive performance from Malang Syariah Bank Mandiri Branch in handling troubled financing. Of the total financing provided amounting to Rp. 765,272,365,303, - with total non-performing financing amounting to Rp 5,166,723,712, - by recording non-performing finance rates of only 0.68% per december 2017. The data is enough to prove that the level of Bank Syariah Mandiri Mandiri Branch Malang City is the smallest in Malang City.
This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The aim of the researcher is to know the elements that minimize the problematic financing and find out the obstacles and ways to solve the problematic financing. Methods of collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Research location in Bank Syariah Mandiri Malang City Branch.
The results showed that the elements that minimize the problematic financing were the distribution of fun units, the analysis of prospective and accurate customers, informing the payment schedule at the beginning of the month, always monitoring customers, speeding up the process of restructuring, and setting the target market. In addition, there are also 13 constraints to solving problem financing where the solution is in accordance with the obstacles faced but in general the settlement of problem financing is done by deliberation with customers, the restructuring process, voluntary collateral sales, auction of collateral with the auction hall, and ending off with write off.
