Abstract
INDONESIA:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh efektifitas kombinasi ekstrak etanol 70% kulit batang kayu manis (Cinnamomum burmanii) dan umbi bawang dayak (Eleutherine bulbosa) terhadap kadar SOD (Superoxide Dismutase)-MDA (Malondialdehyde) hepar mencit (Mus musculus) dislipidemia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental laboratorik yang menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 6 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan dimana peneliti memberikan perlakuan terhadap sampel yaitu berupa hewan coba mencit (Mus musculus) di laboratorium. Penelitian ini terbagi menjadi 6 perlakuan yakni : kontrol normal, kontrol positive, kontrol negative, perlakuan I dosis (50 : 50) mg/ 25 g BB, perlakuan II dosis (100 : 100) mg/ 25 g BB, perlakuan III (150 : 150) mg/ 25 g BB. Bahan pembuatan kombinasi ekstrak terdiri dari ekstrak kayu manis dan bawang dayak (sesuai dengan dosis), 0,35 ml Na CMC 0,1 %, 350 ml aquades. Selain itu, bahan pembuatan HFD (High Fat Diet) yakni kuning telur burung puyuh, lemak ayam, PTU (Propiltiourasil). Data yang diperoleh menggunakan uji ANOVA selang kepercayaan 95 %. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik menujukkan kominasi ekstrak kayu manis dan bawang dayak berpengaruh terhaap kadar MDA dan berat Hepar. Tetapi kadar SOD tidak . Dosis yang menujukkan kadar SOD tertinggi adalah dosis kombinasi 150ml/gBB sedangkan MDA paling rendah adalah 150 ml/ 25 g BB

This study aims to determine the effect of the combination effectiveness of 70% ethanol extract cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum burmanii) and dayak onion tuber (Eleutherine bulbosa) on levels of SOD (Superoxide Dismutase) -MDA (Malondialdehyde) liver dyslipidemia mice (Mus musculus). This study was a laboratory experimental study that used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 6 treatments and 5 replications where the researchers treated the sample in the form of mice (Mus musculus) in the laboratory. This study was divided into 6 treatments: normal control, positive control, negative control, treatment I dose (50: 50) mg / 25 g BB, treatment II dose (100: 100) mg / 25 g BB, treatment III (150: 150) mg / 25 g BB. The ingredients for the combination extract consist of cinnamon extract and dayak onion (according to the dosage), 0.35 ml 0.1% CMC Na, 350 ml distilled water. In addition, the ingredients for making HFD (High Fat Diet) are quail egg yolks, chicken fat, PTU (Propiltiourasil). Data obtained using the ANOVA test confidence interval of 95% and significance test using SPSS. Based on the results of statistical analysis showing the comission of cinnamon extract and dayak onion affect the MDA level and the weight of the liver. But the ecstasy has no effect on the liver SOD liver. The highest dose for SOD is 150 ml / gBB, while the lowest MDA is 150 ml / 25 g BB.
