Abstract
INDONESIA:
Financial Technology (fintech) merupakan perpaduan antara teknologi dan fitur keuangan atau dapat juga diartikan inovasi pada sektor finansial dengan sentuhan teknologi moderen. Financial technology juga mempunyai arti teknologi keuangan yang disebut sebagai fintech, merupakan model layanan keuangan baru yang dikembangkan melalui inovasi teknologi informasi.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Deskriptif Kualitatif dengan subyek yaitu Financial Technology di BRI Syariah Kantor Cabang Pembantu Lawang. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pihak-pihak yang paling mengetahui dan merasakan tentang persepsi nasabah pada implementasi financial technology di BRI Syariah KCP Lawang. Teknik yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, studi pustaka dan juga mengumpulkan pendukung yang relevan. Selanjutnya, data penelitian dianalisis dan disajikan secara kualitatif. Adapun analisis keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa financial technology pada BRI Syariah mempunyai istilah yaitu Echannel. Dari seluruh produk Echannel BRI Syariah, hanya ada satu yang paling banyak digunakan dan diminati oleh nasabah yaitu Mbanking dikarenakan Mbanking telah mencakup fitur yang ada pada Ibanking dan Smsbanking. Secara keseluruhan, dapat dinyatakan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi financial technology di BRI Syariah KCP Lawang telah sesuai berdasarkan persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi kebermanfaatan nasabah. Nasabah BRI Syariah KCP Lawang semakin terbuka dalam artian merespon secara positif terhadap implementasi Echannel di BRI Syariah KCP Lawang dikarenakan seiring berjalannya waktu, nasabah semakin paham bahwa Echannel memberikan keuntungan bagi nasabah berupa kebermanfaatan dan kemudahan sesuai kebutuhan nasabah. Adapun nasabah yang bukan merupakan pengguna Echannel dikarenakan faktor karakter nasabah yang tidak ingin rumit dan faktor usia.

Financial Technology (fin tech) is a combination of technology and financial features also mean innovation in the financial sector with a touch of modern technology. Financial technology also means Fin Tech, a new financial service model developed through information technology innovation.
This study uses the Qualitative Descriptive method with the subject namely Financial Technology at BRI Sharia Branch in Lawang city. The informants in this study were those who most knew and felt about the customer's perceptions on the implementation of financial technology in the (BRI Sharia Branch in Lawang city). The technique used was purposively sampling and snowball sampling. Primary data collection is done by interview, observation, documentation, literature study and also collecting relevant supporters. Furthermore, the research data is analyzed and presented qualitatively. The analysis of the validity of the data is done using the triangulation technique.
Based on the results of the study, it is a known that financial technology at BRI Sharia has a term, namely Echannel. All of BRI Sharia Echannel products, there is only most one used and sought after by customers, Mbanking has included features available in banking. Overall, it can be stated that the results of this study indicate that the implementation of financial technology in the BRI Sharia office branch in Lawang city is appropriate based on the perceived ease and perceived usefulness of customers. BRI Sharia Branch in Lawang city city customers are increasingly open in terms of responding positively to the implementation of channels at BRI Sharia Branch in Lawang city because over time, customers increasingly understand that Echannel provides benefits to customers in the form of benefits and convenience according to customer needs As a customer who doesn’t use Echannel due to the character of customers who do not want to be complicated and age factors.
