Abstract
INDONESIA:
Beberapa dekade terakhir, kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya asuransi telah mengalami peningkatan. Pernyataan ini dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya total asset dan investasi perusahaan asuransi, peningkatan ini dapat meminimalkan risiko financial nasabah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk menjelaskan pengukuran kinerja keuangan dan non keuangan AXA Financial.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif,dimana pengukuran dilakukan dengan menggunakan rasio keuangan dan strategi SWOT. Fokus penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan perusahaan AXA Financial tahun 2015-2016 serta agen perusahaan AXA Financial. Data dikumpulkan melalui proses wawancara serta library research.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1)Kinerja keuangan perusahaan AXA Financial, strategi dari Solvency Ratiomengalami kenaikan sebesar 0,06%, Profitability Ratio mengalami kenaikan sebesar 0,77%, Premium Stability Ratiomengalami kenaikan sebesar 6%, dan Technical Ratio mengalami kenaikan sebesar 0,14%, yang berarti perusahaan asuransi mampu membayarkan klaim nasabah serta dapat memenuhi premi netto perusahaan dari hasil investasi yang dilaksanakan. Sedangkan, Liquidity Ratio mengalami penurunan sebesar 0,04% dari tahun 2015-2016, yang berarti perusahaan belum dapat memenuhi kewajiban menggunakan aset . (2)Kinerja non keuangan pada perusahaan AXA Financial, menunujukkan posisi strategi SWOT berada posisi SO (Strength Opportunities) atau pada kuadran 1, dengan memiliki cukup kekuatan dan peluang yang ada perusahaan AXA Financial dapat melakukan perluasan pasar dalam pemasaran produk serta dapat meraih kemajuan secara maksimal.

In recent decades, public awareness of the importance of insurance has increased. This statement is evidenced by the increasing total assets and investments of insurance companies, this increase can minimize the financial risk of the customer. The purpose of this research is: to explain the measurement of AXA Financial's financial and non-financial performance.
The study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, where measurements are performed using financial ratios and SWOT strategies. The focus of the research is the financial report of AXA Financial Company in 2015-2016 as well as the company's agency AXA Financial. Data gathered through interview process and library research.
The results showed that: (1) The financial performance of AXA Financial, the strategy of Solvency ratioexperienced an increase of 0.06%, Profitability Ratio increased by 0.77%, Premium Stability ratioexperienced an increase of 6%, and Technical Ratio increased by 0.14%, which means that insurance companies are able to pay the customers ' claims and can fulfill the company's premium net of investment proceeds. Meanwhile, Liquidity Ratio decreased by 0.04% from 2015-2016, which means the company has not been able to fulfill the obligation to use the asset. 2 The non-financial performance of the AXA Financial company, showing the position of the SWOT strategy is in the position of SO (Strength Opportunities) or in the 1st quadrant, by having enough strength and opportunity that the company's AXA Financial can expand the market In product marketing and can achieve maximum progress.
