Abstract
INDONESIA:
Kesulitan belajar menjadi salah satu faktor penghambat dalam proses pembelajaran. Siswa yang mengalami kesulitan belajar membutuhkan perhatian khusus dalam proses belajarnya. Penanganan kesulitan belajar pada siswa membutuhkan persiapan strategi yang efektif. Selain itu guru dituntut untuk aktif, kreatif, dan menguasai berbagai strategi pembelajaran. Karena tingkat kesulitan belajar setiap siswa itu berbeda.
Hambatan yang dialami siswa sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor intern. Yakni berupa rendahnya kapasitas intelektual dan labilnya emosi. Hal ini terjadi karena siswa mengalami ketidakmampuan belajar dan keterlambatan belajar. Siswa yang mengalami ketidakmampuan belajar dan keterlambatan belajar membutuhkan perhatian khusus dan tambahan waktu untuk belajar dibanding dengan siswa lainnya.
Masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini meliputi : (1) bagaimana bentuk kesulitan belajar yang dialami siswa MIN 7 Magetan dan SDN Madigondo di Kabupaten Magetan, (2) bagaimana strategi guru kelas dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar membaca dan menulis siswa Min 7 Magetan dan SDN Madigondo di Kabupaten Magetan.
Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data peneliti menggunakan analisis kualitatif deskriptif yang dilakukan dengan cara mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) bentuk kesulitan belajar yang dialami siswa MIN 7 Magetan dan SDN Madigondo adalah kesulitan belajar membaca dan kesulitan belajar menulis. (2) Strategi guru kelas dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar membaca adalah menggunakan metode membaca dasar dan metode alfabetik, sedangkan strategi guru kelas dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar menulis adalah menggunakan strategi menjiplak huruf, menulis huruf balok, dan menulis bersambung.

Learning difficulties become one of inhibiting factors in the learning process. Students who experience learning difficulties need special attention in the learning process. Handling learning difficulties in students require effective strategy preparation. Besides, the teacher required to be active, creative, and mastering various learning strategies because level of learning difficulties of each student is different.
Barries experienced students very influenced by internal factors. That is in the form of low capacity intellectual and labile emotion. This happen because students experience learning disabilities and slow learner. Students who experience learning disabilities and slow learner need attention special and additional time for learn compared to with students other.
Problems that raised in this study include: (1.) What form of learning difficulties experienced by students of MIN 7 Magetan and SDN Madigondo in Magetan district. (2.) How is the class teacher's strategy in overcoming difficulties in learning to read and write on students of MIN 7 Magetan and SDN Madigondo in Magetan district.
This research is classified as descriptive qualitative research, using observations, interview, and documentation as data collecting method. In analyzing data, researcher used descriptive qualitative analysis conducted by reducing, presenting, and conclusing data.
The results of the study indicate that: (1.) The form of learning difficulties experienced by students of MIN 7 Magetan and SDN Madigondo is difficulty of learning to read (dyslexia) and difficulty of learning to write (dysgraphia). (2.) The classroom teacher's strategy in overcoming difficulties in learning to read is to use basic reading methods and alphabetical methods, while the classroom strategy in overcoming difficulties in learning to write is to use strategies to copy letters, write block letters, and write continuously.
