Abstract
INDONESIA:
Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan, metode yang sering digunakan guru di sekolah tersebut adalah metode pemberian tugas. Guru sering memberikan tugas rumah secara intens atau terus-menerus dibandingkan mengajar secara langsung di kelas. Oleh karena itu, kondisi kelas tersebut kurang hidup karena guru lebih akif daripada siswa. Selain itu, terdapat beberapa strategi menumbuhkan motivasi belajar yang diterapkan guru selama pembelajaran. Berupa pemberian hadiah kepada siswa berprestasi dan hukuman kepada siswa yang melakukan kesalahan selama kegiatan belajar mengajar berlangsung. Guru juga memberikan penjelasan tujuan pembelajaran yang akan dicapai agar siswa dapat memahami materi yang diberikan gurunya pada hari itu.
Metode pemberian tugas adalah cara penyajian bahan pelajaran di mana guru memberikan tugas tertentu kepada siswa. Motivasi belajar merupakan keseluruhan daya penggerak di dalam diri siswa yang menimbulkan kegiatan belajar mengajar. Hasil belajar adalah kemampuan-kemampuan yang dimiliki siswa setelah ia menerima pengalaman belajar.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode pemberian tugas terhadap hasil belajar, motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar dan metode pemberian tugas dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas III, IV dan V di SD Negeri Suwaru. Untuk mencapai tujuan di atas, maka digunakan jenis penelitian kuantitaif dan pendekatan korelasional. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis mengambil populasi sebanyak 43 siswa dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa angket.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh metode pemberian tugas terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 15,21%, ada pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 25%, dan ada pengaruh metode pemberian tugas dan motivasi belajar IPA terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 33,64%. Hal ini berarti tinggi rendahnya hasil belajar IPA siswa SD Negeri Suwaru sangat dipengaruhi oleh tinggi rendahnya tugas dan motivasi belajar yang diberikan.

Based on observations at State Elementary School Students Suwaru, the method often used by teachers in these schools is the method of giving assignments. Teachers often give homework continuously compared to teaching directly in class. Therefore, the condition of the class is less alive because teachers are more active than students. In addition, there are several strategies to foster learning motivation that is applied during learning. In the form of giving gifts to high achieving students and punishment o students who make mistakes during the teaching and learning activities. The teacher also provides an explanation of the learning objectives that will be achieved so that students can understand the material given by the teacher that day.
Assignment method is way of presenting lesson material in which the teacher assigns certain tasks to students so that learning activities must be accounted for. Learning motivation is the overall driving force in students that lead to teaching and learning activities. Learning outcomes are students ability after they receive learning experiences.
The purpose of this study is to explain the significant influence beetwen the method of assigning the learning outcomes, learning motivation towards learning outcomes, and the method of giving homework and learning motivation towards to the results of natural sciences subjects in class III, IV, dan V students in the Suwaru Public Elementary School. To achieve the above goals, then the type of quantitative research is used and the correlational approach. In this study, the authors took a population of 43 students with data collecyion techniques used in the form of questionnaires.
The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of the assignment method on learning motivation of 15,21%, there is an effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes by 25% and there is an effect of assignment methods and learning outcomes of natural science by 33,64%. This shows the high and low results of learning natural science Suwaru public elementary school students are strongly influenced by the high and low tasks and motivations given.
