Abstract
INDONESIA:
Dalam Kurikulum 2013, Kepramukaan ditetapkan sebagai kegiatan ekstrakurikuler wajib. Kegiatan pramuka merupakan komponen penting dan mempunyai pengaruh besar terhadap keberhasilan pendidikan karakter. Kemudian, pendidikan karakter yang disisipkan dalam kegiatan pramuka di sekolah tersebut merupakan implementasi dari pendidikan karakter yang tertuang dalam kurikulum 2013 revisi. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya pembinaan yang lebih intensif dari guru tentang pendidikan karakter siswa melalui kegiatan-kegiatan pramuka serta pembiasaan-pembiasaan yang dilaksanakan setiap hari di sekolah.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan (1) perencanaan kegiatan pramuka berbasis kurikulum 2013 revisi di SD Nahdatul Ulama Bahrul Ulum Mergosono Malang (2) pelaksanaan kegiatan pramuka berbasis kurikulum 2013 revisi di SD Nahdatul Ulama Bahrul Ulum Mergosono Malang (3) faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam kegiatan pramuka berbasis kurikulum 2013 revisi di SD Nahdatul Ulama Bahrul Ulum Mergosono Malang
Penelitian ini SD Nahdatul Ulama Bahrul Ulum Mergosono Malang menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitiannya yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan juga dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Perencanaan Kegiatan Pramuka Berbasis Kurikulum 2013 Revisi meliputi membentuk kordinator pramuka bersama guru-guru untuk membuat program pramuka, membuat silabu, membuat RPP. (2) Pelaksanaan kegiatan pramuka berbasis kurikulum 2013 revisi di Mergosono Malang dilaksanakan setiap hari Sabtu pada pukul 10.00 WIB sampai 13.30 WIB. Berbagai materi dalam kegiatan pramuka antara lain materi pancasila, perbuatan baik dan tidak baik, peraturan di sekitar, rukun Islam & rukun Iman, malaikat dan tugasnya, PBB, pengamalan isi Dasa Dharma, keterampilan tali temali, ketangkasan pionering, dan keterampilan morse dan semaphore. (3) Faktor pendukung antara lain, dorongan guru, dukungan orang tua, komunikasi yang baik antara kepala sekolah dengan pembina pramuka, kerjasama antara pembina satu dengan lainnya dan semangat siswa-siswa SD Nahdatul Ullama Bahrul Ulum. Sedangkan faktor penghambat antara lain, karakter siswa yang berbeda, sarana prasarana dan juga kurangnya pembina.

In the 2013 curriculum, Scouting was designated as a mandatory extracurricular activity. Scout activities are an important component and have a major influence on the success of character education. Then, character education that is inserted into scout activities in the school is an implementation of character education contained in the revised 2013 curriculum. Therefore, it is necessary to have more intensive guidance from the teacher about student character education through scouting activities and habituations that are carried out every day at school.
The purpose of this study is to describe (1) revised 2013 curriculum-based scout activity planning at SD Nahdatul Ulama Bahrul Ulum Mergosono Malang, (2) implementation of revised 2013 curriculum-based scout activities in SD Nahdatul Ulama Bahrul Ulum Mergosono Malang, (3) supporting and inhibiting factors in activities 2013 revised scout-based scout at Nahdatul Ulama Bahrul Ulum Elementary School Mergosono Malang.
This research in SD Nahdatul Ulama Bahrul Ulum Mergosono Malang uses a qualitative research approach with the type of research that is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.
The results of this study indicate that (1) Scout Activity Planning Based on 2013 Revised Curriculum includes formed a scouting coordinator with teachers to make a scout program, make syllabus, make RPP. (2) The curriculum-based scout activities of 2013 revisions in Mergosono Malang are held every Saturday at 10:00 WIB until 13:30 WIB. Various material in scout activities includes Pancasila material, good and bad deeds, regulations around, pillars of Islam & harmony of faith, angels and their duties, PBB, the practice of the contents of Dasa Dharma, rigging skills, pioneering etiquette, and morse and semaphore skills. (3) Supporting factors include encouragement from teachers, support from parents, good communication between the headmaster and scout coaches, a collaboration between coaches and one another and the enthusiasm of Nahdatul Ulama Elementary School students Bahrul Ulum. While the inhibiting factors include, the character of different students, facilities and lack of coaches.
