Abstract
INDONESIA:
Madrasah adalah rumah kedua bagi peserta didik setelah keluarga, peserta didik tidak hanya diajari berbagai macam materi, tetapi juga penerapan kedisiplinan dan penanaman karakter disiplin. Penerapan pendidikan karakter disiplin sangat penting untuk diterapkan pada sebuah pendidikan formal. Dalam sebuah madrasah pendidikan karakter lebih dikenal dengan sebuatan penanaman akhlaq pada peserta didik. Penerapan pendidikan karakter disiplin tidak terlepas dari tata tertib dan program-program sebagai penunjangnya. Tata tertib dalam suatu madrasah juga disandingkan dengan sanksi yang sesuai, tata tertib sebagai pengikat siswa agar lebih hati-hati dalam berbuat, dan bertanggung jawab apabila dikenai sanksi.
Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk: (1) mengetahui program-program madrasah dalam pengembangan karakter kedisiplinan siswa di MA. Model Zainul Hasan Genggong, (2) Untuk mengetahui upaya-upaya yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kedisplinan siswa di MA. Model Zainul Hasan Genggong, (3) untuk mengetahui model penerapan pendidikan karakter disiplin siswa di MA Model Zainul Hasan Genggong.
Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara pihak madrasah (kepada madrasah, waka kurikulum, waka kesiswaan, guru BK dan siswa), observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisa data yang digunakan dengan cara pengumpulan data, mendeskripsikan data dan mengambil kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, (1). Program-program madrasah dalam menerapkan pendidikan karakter disiplin siswa di MA.Model antara lain: pengontrolan pagi dan siang (setelah ishoma) oleh ustadz dan ustadzah kesetiap kamar siswa, adanya mengaji bersama, penggunaan bahasa asing, tasyji` lughoh dan amaliyah tadris bagi kelas tiga, (2). Upaya-upaya yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa yakni adanya penguncian gerbang pada jam 07:00 WIB oleh waka kesiswaan, mencatatat siswa yang terkena poin, mensosialisasikan tata tertib di madrasah, (3). Model dalam penerapan pendidikan karakter disiplin dengan cara pemberian teguran, pemberian arahan, dan pemberian motivasi oleh guru BK maupun waka kesiswaan, personal maupun kelompok, agar siswa bisa lebih semangat dalam belajar.

Schools are the second home for students, after the family. Students are not only taught various kinds of material, but also the application of discipline and the cultivation of disciplinary characters. The application of character education of discipline is very important to be applied in a formal education. In a Islamic school, character education is better known as the cultivation of morality on students. The application of disciplinary character education is inseparable from the rules and programs as support. The rules in a madrasa are also juxtaposed with appropriate sanctions, order as a binder for students to be more careful in doing, and responsible if sanctioned.
The research objectives are to: (1) find out the Islamic school programs in developing the character of student discipline in the MA. Zainul Hasan Genggong Model, (2) To find out the efforts made in increasing students’ discipline in MA. Zainul Hasan Genggong's model, (3) to find out the model of the application of student disciplinary character education at the MA Model Zainul Hasan Genggong.
This research uses a method of a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are interviews (to the head of the school, vice chairman of the curriculum, vice chairman of the student affair, counseling teachers, and student teachers), observation and documentation. However, the researcher analyses the data by collecting data, describing data and drawing conclusions.
The results of the study show that, (1). The school programs in applying student character education in MA. Models include: morning and afternoon control (after break time) by the teachers in each student's room, the program of reciting Quran, the use of foreign languages, tasyji` lughoh and amaliyah tadris for third grade , (2). Efforts made in improving student discipline, are by locking the gate at 7 am by student affairs, recording students affected by points, socializing the rules in the madrasa, (3). The model in the application of disciplinary character education is by giving a warning, giving direction, and giving motivation by the BK teacher or student, personal and group time. So that, students can be more enthusiastic in learning.
