Abstract
INDONESIA:
Telaah ini akan menganalisis implementasi supervisi akademik dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru di MAN 2 Kota Bima. Sejumlah pertanyaan kritis dapat dikemukakan untuk mengungkapkan gambaran permasalahan di atas. Bagaimana Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di MAN 2 Kota Bima? Bagaimana teknik supervisi akademik yang diterapkan di MAN 2 Kota Bima? Bagaimana pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru di MAN 2 Kota Bima?
Adapun tujuan penelitian, penelitian ini berusaha untuk menginterpretasi standar operasional prosedur, teknik dan proses pelaksanaan kegiatan supervisi akademik dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru di MAN 2 Kota Bima. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode diskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah MAN 2 Kota Bima. Informan inti dalam penilitian ini adalah pengawas MAN 2 Kota Bima. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif atas dasar bahwa peneliti berusaha memaparkan data secara sistematis, ringkas dan sederhana. Keabsahan data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) standar operasional prosedur pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di MAN 2 Kota Bima merupakan pedoman prosedur pelaksanaan supervisi akademik SOP pelaksanaan pengawasan pembelajaran di MAN 2 Kota Bima yakni: (a) Membentuk tim untuk melaksanakan pemantauan supervisi, (b) Membuat jadwal supervisi, (c) Menyiapkan instrumen supervisi, (d) Menyiapkan format penilaian, (e) Memberikan bimbingan kepada guru, (f) Memberikan nasihat kepada guru, (g) Melaksanakan kegiatan supervisi, (h) Merekap hasil penilaian supervisi, (i) Memberikan penilaian hasil supervisi, (j) Kepala sekolah membuat laporan kegiatan supervisi, (k) Kepala sekolah membuat rencana tindak lanjut dari hasil supervisi, (l) Kepala sekolah memberikan bimbingan kepada guru yang masih belum memenuhi standar, (m) Kepala sekolah memberikan penguatan kepada guru yang telah memenuhi standar penilaian dan (n) Kepala sekolah memberikan penghargaan kepada guru yang menunjukan kinerja melampaui standar. Sedangkan langkah-langkah penyusunan SOP supervisi akademik termuat dalam PERMENPAN No 35 Tahun 2012 Tentang Pedoman Penyusunan Standar Operasional Prosedur Penyusunan Administrasi Pemerintahan. Kemudian teknik supervisi akademik yang digunakan yaitu: (1) kunjungan kelas, dan (2) observasi kelas. Dan pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di MAN 2 Kota Bima dilakukan 1 sampai 2 kali dalam 1 semester. Supervisi akademik yang dilaksanakan oleh supervisor di MAN 2 Kota Bima diimplementasikan dengan 3 tahap: (a) pendahuluan, (b) pelaksanaan dan (c) penutup.

This study will analyze the implementation of academic supervision in increasing the teacher professionalism in MAN 2 Kota Bima. A number of critical questions can be raised to describe the problem above. How is the Standard Operating Prosedure (SOP) for academic supervision in MAN 2 Kota Bima ? How is the technique of academic supervision which is applied in MAN 2 Kota Bima ? How is the implementation of academic supervision in increasing the teacher professionalism in MAN 2 Kota Bima ?
As for the purpose of the study, this study try to interpret the standard operating prosedures, techniques and process of implementing academic supervision activities in increasing the teacher professionalism in MAN 2 Kota Bima. This study use a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The location of this study is at MAN 2 Kota Bima. The informants in this study were the Madrasah supervisors, principal, vice principal, and the teachers of MAN 2 Kota Bima. This study collect the data through observation, interview, and documentation tehniques. Data analysis in this study use qualitative descriptive analysis techniques on the basis that researcher attempt to expose the data in a systematic, concise, and simple way. The validity of the data in this study is carried out by triangulation technique.
The results of this study indicate that : 1) standard operating procedure for the implemetation of academic supervision in MAN 2 Kota Bima is the prosedure guidelines for implementing academic supervision of SOP (Standard Operating Prosedure) in the supervision of learning in MAN 2 Kota Bima, that are : (a) form a team to carry out supervision monitoring, (b) make a supervision schedule, (c) prepare a supervision instrument, (d) prepare an assessment format, (e) provide guidance to the teacher, (f) give advice to the teacher, (g) carry out supervision activities, (h) recapitulate the results of the supervision assessment, (i) give the results of supervision assessment, (j) the principal makes a report of supervision activities, (k) the principal makes a follow-up plan from the results of supervision, (l) the principal gives guidance to the teachers who still do not fulfill the standard, (m) the principal gives reinforcement to the teachers who have fulfilled the assessment standard and (n) the principal gives awards to the teachers who show performances beyond the standard. 2) While the preparation steps for SOP for academic supervision are contained in PERMENPAN No. 35 of 2012 concerning Guidelines for Preparing Standard Operating Procedures for Preparing Government Administration. Then the academic supervision techniques used are: (1) class visits, and (2) classroom observations. 3) Then the academic supervision techniques used are : (1) class visit, (2) classroom observation, (3) private conversation, and (4) workshop. And the implementation of academic supervision in MAN 2 Kota Bima is done 1 to 2 times in 1 semester. Academic supervision which is carried out by the supervisors in MAN 2 Kota Bima is implemented in 3 stages : (a) introduction , (b) implementation, and (c) closing.
