Abstract
INDONESIA:
Hasil belajar adalah perubahan tingkah laku pada diri individu berkat adanya interaksi antara satu individu dengan individu yang lainnya dan antara individu dengan lingkungannya. Semua orang meyakini bahwa guru memiliki andil yang cukup besar terhadap keberhasilan pembelajaran disekolah. Kreativitas guru diharapkan akan meningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama islam di SMP Negeri 4 Malang.
Untuk mencapai tujuan diatas, digunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus, yaitu peneliti berangkat ke lapangan untuk mengadakan pengamatan secara intensif, terperinci, dan mendalam pada kasus yang terjadi. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Untuk menganalisis data, penulis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu mendeskripsikan dan menginterprestasikan data-data yang ada untuk menggambarkan realitas sesuai dengan fenomena yang sebenarnya.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Kreativitas guru pendidikan agama islam dalam pembelajaran PAI di SMPN 4 Malang yaitu, membuat siswa suka pelajaran PAI, menggunakan media pembelajaran yang menarik, memberikan ice breaking sebelum memulai pembelajaran, melakukan pembelajaran diluar kelas, dan memberi teladan yang baik. (2) upaya yang dilakukan guru pendidikan agama islam untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama islam adalah guru PAI memberikan Remedial Teaching, memberikan motivasi belajar kepada siswa, memberikan tugas, melakukan interaksi dengan siswa, mewajibkan sebagian kegiatan ekstrakulikuler keagamaan, seperti, baca tulis Al-Quran (BTQ), Kaligrafi, Monitoring dan keputrian, Tahfidz. (3) faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama islam di SMPN 4 Malang yaitu, kurangnya minat siswa terhadap materi pendidikan agama islam, ruang kelas yang sempit dan kurang kondusif, mata pelajaran PAI yang selalu diujung jam pembelajaranmengakibatkan peserta didik kurang konsentrasi karena kelelahan. Faktor pendukung, alat dan media pembelajaran yang disediakan sekolah.

Learning outcomes are changes in behavior in individuals thanks to the interaction between one individual and another individual and between individuals and their environment. Everyone believes that teachers have a significant contribution to the success of school learning. Teacher's creativity is expected to increase student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education subjects in junior High School 4 Malang.
The purpose of this study are to describe the process of creativity of Islamic religious education teachers in learning Islamic education at Junior High School 4 Malang. Describe the efforts made by Islamic religious education teachers to improve student learning outcomes in islamic education (PAI) subjects at Junior High School 4 Malang, and to describe the inhibiting and supporting factors in improving student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education subjects at Junior High School 4 in Malang.
To achieve the above objectives a qualitative approach is used with the type of case study research, the researchers go to the field to conduct intensive, detailed, and in-depth observations on cases that occur. The method of data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Analyze the data the author uses qualitative descriptive analysis, which is describing and interpreting existing data to describe reality in accordance with the actual phenomenon.
The results showed that, the creativity of Islamic religious education teachers in islamic education learning (PAI) at Junior High School 4 Malang are making students like to islamic education lessons with using interesting learning media, providing ice breaking before starting learning, doing learning outside the classroom, and setting an example well. Efforts made by Islamic religious education teachers to improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education subjects are the teachers providing remedial teaching, providing learning motivation to students, giving assignments, interacting with students, requiring some religious extracurricular activities, such as, read and write Al-Quran (BTQ), Calligraphy, Monitoring and maternity education, memorize the Al-qur’an (tahfidz), and inhibiting and supporting factors in improving student learning outcomes in Islamic education, subjects at Junior High School 4 in Malang are the lack of students interest in Islamic education material, narrow and unfavorable classrooms, islamic education (PAI) subjects that always end learning hours result in participants students lack concentration due to fatigue. Supporting factors, tools and learning media provided by the school.
