يهدف هذا البحث إلى: (1) الكشف عن برامج التربية العملية لإعداد المعلمين في قسم تعليم اللغة العربية بجامعة مولانا مالك إبراهيم الإسلامية الحكومية مالانج، (2) الكشف عن الإشراف في التربية العملية لإعداد المعلمين في قسم تعليم اللغة العربية بهذه الجامعة، (3) الكشف عن تطبيق التربية العملية في حجرة الدراسة في المدارس الإندونيسية وخارجها.

وأما منهج البحث المستخدم فهو المنهج الوصفي بدراسة الحالة. واستخدم الباحث لجمع البيانات المقابلة والملاحظة والتوثيق.

ونتائج هذا البحث وهي: (1) أن برامج التربية العملية لإعداد المعلمين في قسم تعليم اللغة العربية بجامعة مولانا مالك إبراهيم الإسلامية الحكومية مالانج هي تنطلق من المنهج القائم على أساس الكفايات وأساس المعيار الوطني الإندونسي للمؤهلات وأساس فكرة تربية أولى الألباب، وهي تتكون من أربع برامج تطبيقية متسلسلة مترابطة بينها، وهي دراسة التطبيق الميدانية الأولى، ودراسة التطبيق الميدانية الثانية، والمهارات الأساسية للتدريس، وتدريب التعليم الميداني. وهذه البرامج تعتبر جانبا تطبيقيا من المنهج لإتقان ما اكتسبه الطالب من الدراسات النظرية في مجال تعليم اللغة العربية؛ (2) وأن الإشراف في التربية العملية هو مجموعة الخدمات التعاونية المتكاملة التي تقدم من معلمي الجامعة ومدير المدرسة ومعلمي المدرسة في مراحل أنشطة التربية العلمية ابتداءا من أنشطة التهيئة ثم أنشطة الأداء التدريسي وانتهاءا في أنشطة الاسترجاع باستخدام الأساليب الإشرافية المختلفة، كالأسلوب الفردي بالزيارة الصفية والأسلوب الجماعي بالاجتماعات الجماعية مع الطلبة المتدربين، لمساعدتهم على اكتساب الخبرات المهنية والمهارات التربوية لتعليم اللغة العربية في المدارس؛ (3) وأن تطبيق التربية العملية في حجرة الدراسة بالمدارس الإندونيسية وخارجها هو أن يقوم الطالب المتدرب بتنفيذ التعليم الميداني تحت إشراف المشرف داخل الفصل بالمدرسة وحده أحياناً وبحضور زملائه أحياناً أخرى، ويترك المشرف المدرب للطالب المتدرب مسؤولية الإعداد والتخطيط والتنفيذ والتقويم لتعليم درس اللغة العربية وأن يكون متفرغا تماما لعقد أنشطة التربية العملية لمدة شهرين أو ثمانية أسابيع في المدارس الإندونيسية، ومدة شهر كامل أو ثلاثة أسابيع في المدارس خارج البلاد الإندونيسية.

والاستنتاج النظري لهذا البحث هو أن الاستعداد لدى الطلبة المتدربين في إتقان النظريات التربوية والتعليمية وتطبيقها في الجامعة يسهل عليهم القيام بتطبيق التربية العملية في حجرة الدراسة بالمدارس.

ABSTRACT

This research aims (1) to describe the programs of practical education for the preparation of teachers in the Department of Arabic Language Education at the State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim, (2) to describe supervision in practical education in the department of teaching Arabic language at this university, (3) to describe the application of practical education in the classroom in Indonesian schools and the foreign school.

This research used qualitative case study approach using descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques used by the author are the interview, observation, documentation.

The results of this research are: (1) that the programs of practical education for the preparation of teachers in the Department of Arabic Language Education at The State Islamic University Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang is practical education which based on the curriculum based on competencies and the basis of the Indonesian national standard of qualifications and the basis of the idea of the education for the men of understanding (tarbiya ulil albab), which consists of four application programs sequentially linked to one and the other, that are KKL I, KKL II, PPL I, and PKL/PPL II, and these programs are an applied aspect of the curriculum to master the theoretical studies gained by the student in the field of teaching Arabic; (2) the supervision in practical education is the group of integrated cooperative services provided by the university teachers, the school principal and the school teachers in the stages of the practical education activities from the preparatory activities and the activities of the teaching performance to the recovery activities using the different supervisory methods such as the individual method of class visit and the collective method of group meetings with the trainee students, to help them acquire professional skills and educational skills to teach Arabic in schools; (3) The application of practical education in the Indonesian school classroom and in the foreign school is that the trainee student to carry out the field education under the supervision of the supervisor in the classroom at the school alone and sometimes in the presence of colleagues on other times, and the supervisor lets student trainee be responsibility for the preparation, planning, implementation and evaluation of the teaching of Arabic language, and that the student is fully engaged to conduct this field training activities of two months or eight weeks in the Indonesian schools and of one month or three week in the foreign school.

The formal findings of this research states that the readiness of trainee students in mastering theories and practices of education at university will facilitate them in carrying out teaching practices in the classroom of the school.

ABSTRAK

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengungkap program-program praktek pengalaman lapangan guna penyiapan guru di Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Arab di Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, (2) untuk mengungkap pembimbingan dalam program praktek pengalaman lapangan guna penyiapan guru di Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Arab di Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, (3) untuk mengungkap penerapan praktek pengalaman lapangan di ruang kelas di madrasah Indonesia dan luar negeri.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus dan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan catatan-catatan tertulis.

Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Program-program praktek pengalaman lapangan yang diselenggarakan oleh Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Arab (PBA) pada Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan (FITK) di UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang adalah praktek pengenalan lapangan yang didasarkan pada kurikulum berbasis kompetensi, berbasis Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia (KKNI), dan konsep pendidikan tarbiyah ulil albab, yang dikembangkan dalam empat program yang saling terkait secara berurutan, yaitu program KKL I, KKL II, KDM, dan PKL. Program-program tersebut merupakan bagian praktik dari kurikulum, guna menyempurnakan teori-teori yang diperoleh mahasiswa dalam bidang Pendidikan Bahasa Arab; (2) Pembimbingan pada program PPL adalah pembimbingan integratif dan kooperatif antara para pembimbing lapangan yang dilakukan secara kelompok dan individual sesuai dengan tahapan pelaksanaan PPL guna membantu mahasiswa dalam pemerolehan keterampilan profesional dan pedagogik dalam mengajar mata pelajaran bahasa Arab di madrasah; dan (3) Penerapan praktek pengalaman lapangan di ruang kelas madrasah di Indonesia dan luar negeri adalah siswa dilatih untuk melakukan praktek pengajaran di bawah bimbingan seorang pembimbing di ruang kelas yang dilakukan sendirian dan kadang-kadang dihadiri teman-temannya pada waktu yang lain, dan siswa dilatih oleh pembimbing untuk bertanggung jawab dalam melakukan persiapan pengajaran, perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab, dan siswa terlibat penuh untuk melakukan kegiatan praktek mengajar lapangan selama dua bulan atau delapan pekan di madrasah di Indonesia dan selama satu bulan penuh atau tiga pekan di madrasah luar negeri.

Temuan formal dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kesiapan mahasiswa praktikan dalam penguasaan teori-teori dan praktek pendidikan di perguruan tinggi akan memudahkan mereka dalam melaksanakan praktek mengajar di ruang kelas di madrasah.
