Abstract
INDONESIA:
Perangkat pembelajaran sangat penting dalam proses belajar mengajar di sekolah. Diberlakukannya peraturan perundang-undangan tentang penyelenggaraan pendidikan khusus menyebabkan munculnya perbedaan kelas unggulan dan kelas reguler. Pelajaran IPS berkaitan dengan kehidupan sosial siswa. Salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang menyelenggarakan kelas unggulan dan kelas reguler yaitu MIN 2 Kota Malang.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengungkap perencanaan pembelajaran IPS di kelas unggulan dan kelas reguler MIN 2 Kota Malang, 2) mengungkap implementasi pembelajaran IPS di kelas unggulan dan kelas reguler MIN 2 Kota Malang, 3) mengungkap evaluasi pembelajaran IPS di kelas unggulan dan kelas reguler MIN 2 Kota Malang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Subjek penelitian yaitu kepala madrasah, wakil kepala madrasah bidang kurikulum, guru kelas unggulan dan guru kelas reguler. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan pengelompokan data, reduksi data dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian yaitu 1) Perencanaan pembelajaran IPS berpedoman pada Kurikulum 13, modifiksi silabus dan RPP sesuai format terbaru, penyusunan Silabus dan RPP menyesuaiakan kondisi, karakteristik, kebutuhan siswa, materi yang dipelajari dan KD, integrasi KD dengan cara memadukan dan menyatukan antar KD berdasarkan tema tertentu, penggunakan teknologi pembelajaran, 2) Implementasi pembelajaran IPS di kelas unggulan menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi dan pembelajaran langsung dengan memanfaatkan sumber belajar lingkungan sekitar sekolah. Implementasi pembelajaran IPS di kelas reguler menggunakan stimulasi video peristiwa sosial, guru menghubungkan materi yang akan dipelajari dengan musik yang ditampilkan melalui LCD, guru dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran menggunakan multi metode melalui, ceramah tanya jawab dan diskusi, 3) Evaluasi pembelajaran IPS pada kelas unggulan dan kelas reguler dilakukan melalui evaluasi RPP, ketercapaian KI, strategi pembelajaran, tujuan pembelajaran dan kompetensi siswa. Hasil belajar siswa kelas unggulan dan kelas reguler mendapatkan nilai di atas KKM tetapi hasil belajar siswa kelas unggulan lebih tinggi dari pada hasil belajar siswa kelas reguler. Input siswa kelas unggulan berasal dari siswa kelas reguler yang berprestasi sedangkan input siswa kelas reguler berasal siswa biasa.
ENGLISH:
The learning tool is very important in the teaching and learning process in schools. The enactment of laws and regulations on the implementation of special education which led to the emergence of differences in excellent classes and regular classes. Social studies lessons are related to social life. One of the educational institutions that organizes excellent class and regular class is State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah 2 Malang City.
This study aims to 1) reveal the learning plan of social studies learning in excellent class and regular class, 2) reveal the implementation of social studies learning in excellent classes and regular classes, 3) reveal the evaluation of social studies learning in excellent class and regular class.
This study is a qualitative research approach with a type of case study. The research subjects were the head of the madrasah, the deputy head of the madrasah in the curriculum field, the excellent class teacher and the regular class teacher of State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah 2 Malang City. Data collection technique using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis using data grouping, data reduction and conclusion drawing.
The results are 1) The learning plan of social studies learning based on Curriculum 13, modification according to the latest format, the preparation of syllabus and lesson plans adapt conditions, characteristics, needs of students, learning material and basic learning, integration of basic competention by integrating between basic competency based on certain themes, using learning technology; 2) The implementation of social studies learning in excellent classrooms uses the lecture method, question and answer, discussion and direct learning by utilizing learning resources that exist in the environment around the school. The implementation of social studies in regular classes uses video stimulation of social events. The teacher connects the material to be studied with music displayed through the LCD. Regular class teachers in carrying out the learning process use question and answer lectures, discussions; 3) The evaluation process of social studies learning in through evaluate lesson plans, core competency achievement, learning strategies, learning goals and student competency. The learning outcomes of excellent class and regular classes get scores above the minimum completeness criteria but the achievement of grade students' learning in the excellent class is higher than regular class. The input of the excellent class students comes from regular students who excel while the input of regular class students comes from ordinary students.
