Abstract

INDONESIA:

Supervisi kepala sekolah adalah kemampuan seseorang dalam memimpin sekolah dan merencanakan program supervisi, kemudian melaksanakan tugas supervisinya, serta menindaklanjuti hasil supervisi untuk peningkatan profesionalisme guru dan kualitas sekolah yang dipimpinnya. Dengan adanya pelaksanaan supervisi oleh kepala sekolah diharapkan memberi dampak terhadap terbentuknya sikap profesional guru. Sikap profesional guru merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam memelihara dan meningkatkan profesionalitas guru, karena selalu berpengaruh pada perilaku dan aktivitas keseharian guru. Dengan demikian supervisi kepala sekolah khususnya di madrasah ibtidaiyah negeri dapat dikatakan sangat baik. Diantara faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja guru.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan hubungan supervisi kepala sekolah dan lingkunga kerja terhadap kinerja guru melalui motivasi kerja di madrasah ibtidaiyah negeri kabupaten Jembrana Bali. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik kuesioner atau angket. Populasi berjumlah 130 orang, sampel 97 responden. Teknik analisis data meliputi Outer Model dan Inner Model serta Bootstrapping.

Hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini (1) Ada hubungan yang positif signifikan dari supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru dengan nilai hubungan F2 0,451 ini menyatakan bahwa supervisi kepala sekolah yang ada MIN di Kabupaten Jembrana Bali cukup baik sehingga mampu meningkatkan motivasi kerja gurunya, (2) Ada hubungan yang positif signifikan dari lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai hubungan F2 0,386 ini menyatakan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang ada di MIN Kabupaten Jembrana Bali cukup baik sehingga mampu meningkatkan kinerjanya. (3) Ada hubungan positif signifikan dari supervisi kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja yang dimediasi oleh moivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru MIN di Kabupaten Jembrana Bali dengan nilai hubungan F2 0,925, ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja mampu menjadi mediasi antara supervisi kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru sehingga dengan ini kinerja guru yang ada di MIN di Kabupaten Jembrana Bali cukup baik.

ENGLISH:

Supervision of the headmaster is the ability of a person to lead a school and plan a supervision program, then carries out his supervising duties, and follow up on the results of supervision to increase teacher professionalism and the quality of the school he leads. With the implementation of supervision by the headmaster expected to have an impact on the formation of the teacher's professional attitude. The professional attitude of the teacher is very important in maintaining and increasing the professionalism of the teacher, because it always influences the behavior and daily activities of the teacher. Thus the supervision of school headmaster, especially in the Islamic elementary school of the country can be said to be very good. Among the factors that influence are work environment, work motivation, and teacher performance.

This study aims to reveal the supervisory relationship between school headmaster and the work environment on teacher performance through work motivation in the Jembrana Regency Islamic State elementary school of Bali. This research is a survey research with a quantitative approach. Data collection is done by using a questionnaire. The population is 130 people, 97 sample respondents. Data analysis techniques include Outer Model and Inner Model and Bootstrapping.

The results of data analysis in this study (1) There is a significant positive relationship of school headmaster supervision on teacher work motivation with the value of the F2 0.451 relationship, stating that the supervision of school principals in Jembrana Regency Islamic State elementary school of Bali is good enough to increase the work motivation of the teacher (2) There is a significant positive relationship of the work environment towards teacher performance with the value of the F20.386 relationship, stating that the working environment in Jembrana Regency Islamic State elementary school of Bali is good enough to be able improving its performance. (3) There is a significant positive relationship between headmaster supervision and work environment which is mediated by teacher work motivation towards teacher performance in Jembrana Regency Islamic State elementary school with a value of F2 0.925, indicating that work motivation is able to mediate between headmaster supervision and the work environment towards teacher performance. So, teacher's performance in Jembrana Regency Islamic State elementary school is quite good.
