Abstract
INDONESIA:
Komitmen organisasi merupakan sikap seseorang yang memihak suatu organisasi dimana ia memiliki keinginan yang kuat untuk bertahan dalam organisasi, dan terlibat dalam setiap kegiatan yang diselenggarakan maupun program yang ditetapkan. Mega Putih Outbound Provider merupakan Lembaga Semi Otonom yang berada dibawah naungan Dema Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Semakin tinggi tingkat komitmen anggota terhadap organsiasi akan membantu kelangsungan dan produktifitas organisasi tersebut menjadi lebih baik sehingga tujuan organisasi bisa tercapai.
Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi berorganisasi dengan komitmen organisasi yang terdapat di LSO Mega Putih Outbound Provider. Jumlah subyek penelitian adalah seluruh populasi dengan total 41 orang. Terdapat dua skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu skala komitmen organisasi sebanyak 24 aitem valid dengan nilai koefisien 0,895. Skala yang kedua yaitu skala motivasi berorganisasi sebanyak 28 aitem dengan aitem valid berjumlah 24 dan memperoleh nilai koefisien 0,918. Dengan kaidah relibilitas yang berlaku, maka kedua skala tersebut dapat dikatakan reliabel dan layak untuk digunakan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat komitmen organisasi berada pada kategori sedang (63,4%) dan tingkat motivasi berorganisasi berada pada kategori sedang (63,4%). Hasil analisis hubungan motivasi berorganisasi dengan komitmen organisasi menunjukkan r hitung sebesar 0,923, p=0,000 (p<0,05). Data empirik menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis penelitian ini (Ha) diterima dan terdapat hubungan antara motivasi berorganisasi dengan dengan komitmen organisasi anggota LSO Mega Putih Outbound Provider.
ENGLISH:
An organizational commitment is the attitude of someone who takes side with an organization with a strong desire to survive in the organization, and is involved in every activity and program. Mega Putih Outbound Provider is a Semi-Autonomous Institution under the student council of the Faculty of Psychology at the State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim of Malang. The higher in the level of member commitment against the organization will help the continuity and productivity of the organization to be better in achieving the organizational goals.
The quantitative research aims at determining the relations between organized Motivation and organizational commitment in Outbound Provider LSO. The research subjects are all population with a total of 41 people. There are two scales, namely the scale of organizational commitment as many as 24 valid elements with a coefficient value of 0.895. The second scale is the organized motivations scale as many as 28 elements with valid items of 24 and obtained a coefficient value of 0.918. With the applicable rules of reliability, the two scales can be said to be reliable and feasible
The research results showed that the level of organizational commitment was in the moderate category (63.4%) and the level of organized motivation was in the moderate category (63.4%).
The results of the analysis of the relations between organized Motivation and organizational commitment showed that the r count was 0.923, p = 0.000 (p <0.05). Empirical data showed that the hypothesis (Ha) of the research was accepted and there were the relations between organized motivation and organizational commitment of member of Mega Putih LSO of Outbound Provider.
