Abstract
INDONESIA:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kombinasi ekstrak bawang dayak (E. palmifolia (L) Merr.) dan kayu manis (C. burmanii B.) untuk menurunkan kadar kolesterol total dan trigliserida serum mencit (M. musculus). Penelitian ini dilakkan secara eksperimental laboratorium selama 8 minggu dengan menggunakan RAL (rancangan acak lengkap) 6 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perbandingan kombinasi ektrak yaitu terbagi menjadi 3 kelompok: 1) BD (Bawang Dayak) 50 mg/KgBB dan KM (KayuManis) 50 mg/KgBB, 2) BD 100 mg/KgBBdan 100 mg/KgBB, 3) BD 150 mg/KgBB dan 150 mg/KgBB. Sebagai kontrol (K+) digunakan atorvastatin dosis 20 mg/grBB, (K-) HFD (High Fat Diet) kuning telur puyuh, lemak ayam dan PTU serta tanpa perlakuan (normal). Pengukuran kadar kolesterol total menggunakan metode Colorimetric Enzimatic test (CHOD-PAP) dan trigliserida menggunakan metode Colorimetric Enzimatic (GPO-PAP) setelah pemberian kombinasi ekstrak bawang dayak dan kayu manis. Penelitian ini menggunakan (One-Way ANOVA) Analisis varian satu jalur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi ekstrak bawang dayak (E. palmifolia (L) Merr.) dan kayu manis (C. burmanii B.) berpengaruh terhadap penurunan kadar kolesterol total secara signifikan pada dosis perbandingan 50 mg/KgBB dan 100 mg/KgBB, tatapi kombinasi ekstrak bawang dayak (E. palmifolia (L) Merr.) dan kayu manis (C. burmanii B.) terhadap kadar trigliserida belum dapat menurunkan secara signifikan.
ENGLISH:
This research aims to determine the combination of extract E. palmifolia (L) Merr. and C. burmanii B. to reduce total cholesterol and serum triglyceride levels in M. musculus. This study was carried out experimentally laboratory for 8 weeks using RAL (complete randomized design) 6 treatments and 5 replications. Comparison of extract combinations is divided into 3 groups: 1) BD 50 mg / KgBB and KM 50 mg / KGBB, 2) BD 100 mg / KgBB and 100 mg / KgBB, 3) BD 150 mg / KgBB and 150 mg / KgBBB. as control (K +) used atorvastatin dose 20 mg / KgBB, (K-) HFD (High Fat Diet) quail egg yolk, chicken fat and PTU and without treatment (normal). Measurement of total cholesterol levels using the Colorimetric Enzymatic test (CHOD-PAP) method and triglycerides using the Colorimetric Enzymatic method (GPO-PAP) after the administration of a combination of dayak onion extract and cinnamon. This research uses (One-Way ANOVA). Based on the results of the research showed that the combination of extract E. palmifolia (L) Merr. And C. burmanii B. had a significant effect on the reduction of total cholesterol levels at a ratio of 50 mg / KgBB and 100 mg / KgBB, but the combination of extract E. palmifolia (L) Merr. and C. burmanii B. on triglyceride levels has not been able to reduce significantly.
