Abstract
INDONESIA:
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Plant Preservative Mixture (PPM) dan Propolis serta kombinasinya terhadap tingkat kontaminasi tanaman sirsak (Annona muricata L.) secara in vitro. Penelitian ini bersifat eksperimental, menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 25 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan dalam penelitian ini ada dua faktor yaitu: konsentrasi PPM meliputi 0 ml/L, 0,5 ml/L, 1 ml/L, 1,5 ml/L dan 2 ml/L dan konsentrasi propolis meliputi 0 ml/L, 0,5 ml/L, 1 ml/L, 1,5 ml/L dan 2 ml/L. Data dianalisis dengan Uji ANAVA Two Way α = 5%. Apabila terdapat perbedaan signifikan maka dilanjutkan uji Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh konsentrasi PPM dan konsentrasi propolis terhadap variabel hari muncul tunas, persentase hidup, dan kontaminasi bakteri. Konsentrasi PPM 1 ml/L berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tunas tanaman sirsak yaitu 22 HST dan persentase hidup 48%. Konsentrasi propolis 0,5 ml/L juga berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tunas tanaman sirsak yaitu 23 HST dan persentase hidup 40%. Interaksi antibiotika PPM dan propolis tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tingkat kontaminasi pertumbuhan tunas tanaman sirsak.
ENGLISH:
The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Plant Preservative Mixture (PPM) and Propolis and combination against the level of contamination of the soursop plant (Annona muricata L.) in in vitro fertilization. This research is experimental, using a complete randomized design (RAL) with 25 treatments and five repetitions. The treatments in this study there are two factors which are: concentrations of PPM include 0 ml/L, 0.5 ml/L, 1 ml/L, 1.5 ml/L and 2 ml/L and concentrations of propolis include 0 ml/L, 0.5 ml/L, 1 ml/L, 1.5 ml and 2 ml/L/l. Data were analyzed with the test of ANAVA Two Way α = 5%. If there is a significant difference then resumed Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) with a significant level of 5%. The result of the research shows that there is influence the concentrations of PPM and the concentration of propolis against to the variables day the emergence of shoots, percentage of living, and bacterial contamination. PPM’s concentration of 1 ml/L gives the real against to the growth of shoots of the soursop plant on 22 HST and the percentage of living is 48%. Propolis’s concentration of 0.5 ml/L also has real against to the growth of shoots of the soursop plant on 23 HST and the percentage of living 40%. Interaction of antibiotics propolis and PPM don’t give the effect against contamination level of the growth of the shoots of the soursop plant.
