Abstract
INDONESIA:
Model respon imun bawaan pada makrofag di paru-paru membentuk sistem persamaan diferensial biasa nonlinier orde satu. Model ini terdiri dari populasi bakteri streptococcus pneumoniae, makrofag nonaktif, dan makrofag aktif. Model tersebut dilakukan kontrol optimal menggunakan Prinsip Minimum Pontryagin serta dilakukan simulasi menggunakan metode Beda Hingga dan metode Runge Kutta orde 4.
Hasil pertumbuhan bakteri streptococcus pneumoniae menunjukkan perbedaan antara kontrol dan tanpa kontrol. Pertumbuhan bakteri streptococcus pneumoniae ditekan oleh sitokin proinflamasi. Ketika individu memiliki sistem imun baik, maka waktu pertumbuhan bakteri streptococcus pneumoniae menjadi lebih lambat. Apabila individu memiliki sistem imun buruk, maka waktu pertumbuhan bakteri streptococcus pneumoniae menjadi lebih cepat.
ENGLISH:
The innate immune response model in macrophages in the lung forms a system of nonlinear differential equations first order. This model consists of bacterial populations of streptococcus pneumoniae, inactive macrophages, and active macrophages. The model performed optimal control using Pontryagin Minimum Principle and simulated using finite difference and runge kutta order 4.
The results of bacterial growth of streptococcus pneumoniae show the difference between using control or not. Streptococcus pneumoniae bacteria growth is suppressed by proinflammatory cytokines. When the individual has a good immune system, the growth time of bacteria streptococcus pneumoniae becomes slower. If the individual has a bad immune system, the growth time of bacteria streptococcus pneumoniae becomes faster.
