Abstract
INDONESIA:
Makro invertebrata sebagai salah satu bioindikator merupakan hewan air tanpa tulang belakang yang hidup di dasar perairan. Ukuran tubuh makro invertebrata dapat mencapai kurang lebih 3-5 mm pada saat mencapai pertumbuhan maksimal. Kelompok organisme yang termasuk makro invertebrata diantaranya adalah: Crustacea, Isopoda, Decapoda, Oligochaeta, Mollusca, Nematoda, dan Annelida. Dalam penelitian ini organisme petunjuk (indikator) yang digunakan adalah makro invertebrata. Penelitian ini berfungsi untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman makro invertebrata, kondisi parameter fisika kimia air, dan korelasi antara indeks keanekaragaman makro invertebrata dan parameter fisika kimia air di Sumber Maron, Desa Karangsuko, Kecamatan Pagelaran, Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tiga stasiun pengamatan, pengambilan sampel dilakukan sebanyak tiga kali secara periodik satu minnggu sekali selama tiga minggu.
Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan makro invertebrata yang diperolah adalah 10 spesimen yang terdiri dari 9 Famili, meliputi: Famili Palaemonidae, Famili Buliminidae, Famili Hirudinidae, Famili Cancridae, Famili Heptageniidae, Famili Pleuroceridae, Famili Thiaridae, Famili Hyropcysidae, dan Famili Physidae. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu nilai indeks keanekaragaman yaitu pada stasiun I dengan H’= 1,118, stasiun II dengan H’= 1,703, dan stasiun III dengan H’= 1,486. Semua nilai H’ tersebut menunjukkan arti keanekaragaman makro invertebrata di Sumber Maron adalah kondisi keanekaragamannya sedang, karena nilai 1<H’< 3.
Hasil pengukuran parameter fisika kimia air Sumber Maron yaitu: suhu air di stasiun I = 25°C, stasiun II = 26°C dan stasiun III = 28°C. Nilai intensitas cahaya yaitu stasiun I = 247,3 PPM, stasiun II = 216,3 PPM, dan stasiun III = 325 PPM. Nilai pH air stasiun I, II, dan III yaitu pH = 7. Nilai DO yang yaitu: stasiun I = 8,57 PPM, stasiun II = 10,48 PPM, dan stasiun III = 11,91 PPM. Nilai COD yaitu: stasiun I = 25,3 PPM, stasiun II = 24,31 PPM, dan stasiun III = 22,05 PPM. Sedangkan nilai TSS yaitu: stasiun I = 8,8 PPM, stasiun II = 5,5 PPM, dan stasiun III = 5,2 PPM. Berdasarkan nilai indeks keanekaragaman dan nilai parameter fisika kimia air tersebut, dikorelasikan dengan aplikasi SPSS 16. Diperoleh nilai korelasi antara indeks keanekaragaman dan parameter suhu = -0,453, pH = a (karena nilai pH tetap yaitu 7 pada setiap stasiun), intensitas cahaya = -0,142, DO = -0,677, BOD yaitu -0,999, COD yaitu -0,425, dan TSS = -0,895.
ENGLISH:
Macro invertebrate as a bioindicator are vertebral aquatic animals that live in the bottom of the water. The macro body size of invertebrates can reach approximately 3-5 mm when achieving maximum growth. Groups of organisms including macro invertebrates include: Crustacea, Isopoda, Decapoda, Oligochaeta, Mollusca, Nematodes, and Annelida. In this study the indicator organism used is macro invertebrates. This study serves to determine the diversity of macro invertebrates, the condition of physical chemical parameters of water, and the correlation between the diversity index of macro invertebrates and physical chemical parameters of water in Sumber Maron, Karangsuko Village, Pagelaran District, Malang Regency. This research was conducted with three observation stations, sampling was carried out three times periodically once a week for three weeks.
The results showed there are 10 specimens macro invertebrates obtained from 9 families, including: Palaemonidae family, Buliminidae family, Hirudinidae family, Cancridae family, Heptageniidae family, Pleuroceridae family, Thiaridae family, Hyropcysidae family, Physidae family. The results obtained from this study are diversity index values, namely at station I with H '= 1,118, station II with H' = 1,703, and station III with H '= 1,486. All of the H 'values indicate the meaning of macro invertebrate diversity at Sumber Maron is the condition of moderate diversity, because the value of 1 <H ’<3.
The results of measurements of the Sumber Maron water chemical physics parameters are: water temperature at station I = 25 ° C, station II = 26 ° C and station III = 28 ° C. The value of light intensity is station I = 247.3 PPM, station II = 216.3 PPM, and station III = 325 PPM. Water pH values of stations I, II, and III are pH = 7. DO values are: station I = 8.57 PPM, station II = 10.48 PPM, and station III = 11.91 PPM. COD value is: station I = 25.3 PPM, station II = 24.31 PPM, and station III = 22.05 PPM. Whereas TSS values are: station I = 8.8 PPM, station II = 5.5 PPM, and station III = 5.2 PPM. Based on the diversity index value and the value of the physical chemical parameters of the water, correlated with the SPSS 16 application. The correlation value between the diversity index and temperature parameters was obtained = -0.453, pH = a (because the pH value is 7 at each station), light intensity = - 0.142, DO = -0.667, BOD is -0.999, COD is -0.425, and TSS = -0.895.
