Abstract
INDONESIA:
Pembelajaran merupakan suatu proses menciptakan kondisi yang kondusif agar terjadi interaksi komunikasi belajar mengajar antara guru, peserta didik, dan komponen pembelajaran lainnya untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Dalam kegiatan pembelajaran terdapat beranekaragam strategi atau metode pembelajaran yang digunakan untuk mengaktifkan peserta didik dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik, salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan metodeRotating Trio Exchange.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) mengetahui perencanaan penggunaan rotating trio exchange dalam pembelajaran IPS.(2) mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan metoderotating trio exchange dalam pembelajaran IPS.(3) mengetahui hasil belajar setelah metode rotating trio exchange di terapkan dalam pembelajaran IPS.
Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di SDN Balesono Ngunut Tulungagung, dengan subyek penelitian peserta didik dan guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mengamati atau observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun analisis data berupa pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, menarik kesimpulan dan verivikasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, (1) perencanaan penggunaan rotating trio exchange dalam pembelajaran IPS sebelum memulai kegiatan belajar mengajar guru sudah menyiapkan perangkat pembelajaran seperti RPP yang didalam langkah-langkahnya menerapkan metoderotating trio exchange dan merancang lembar pertanyaan. (2) pelaksanaan metoderotating trio exchange dalam pembelajaran IPS dilakukan melalui tiga proses yakni pendahulun meliputi salam dan pemberian ice breaking, kegiatan inti yakni kegiatan berkelompok dan berdiskusi, pada kegiatan penutup guru memberikan tes berbentuk esay selanjutnya menyimpulkan bersama. (3) hasil belajar setelah metoderotating trio exchange di terapkan,hal tersebut dapat diketahui dari aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik peserta didik.
ENGLISH:
Learning is a process to create the condition which is conductive to make communicative interaction teaching between teachers, students, and other learning components to reach the purpose of learning. On learning activity, there are many strategies or learning methods which are used to activate the students and can increase the result of student’s learning with using Rotating Trio Exchange method.
The aims of this research are: (1) to know the using of Rotating Trio Exchange method planning on IPS learning. (2) to describe the implementation of Rotating Trio Exchange method on IPS learning. (3) to comprehend learning result after adjusting Rotating Trio Exchange method on IPS learning.
The approach which is used on this research is descriptive qualitative approach. This research is conducted on SDN BalesonoNgunutTulungagung with using teacher* and students as the research subject. The researcher got the data collection with observing, interviewing, and taking the documentation the necessary data. In addition, the data analysis exists as data collection, data reduction, serving the data, summarizing the conclusion and doing verification.
The results of this research indicate that, (1) planning the use of rotating trio exchange in social studies learning before starting teaching and learning activities the teacher has prepared learning tools such as learning planning (RPP) which in its steps apply the rotating trio exchange method and design a question sheet. (2) the implementation of rotating trio exchange method in social studies learning is carried out through three processes, namely the introduction includes greeting and giving ice breaking, the core activities of which are group activities and discussion, in closing activities the teacher gives essay-shaped tests and concludes together. (3) learning outcomes after the rotating trio exchange method is applied, it can be seen from the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects of students.
