Etika guru menurut Imam Nawawi dan relevansinya dengan UU RI No. 14 Th. 2005

INDONESIA:

Imam Nawawi berpendapat bahwa seorang guru harusnya memiliki adab atau etika dalam mengajar maupun dalam kehidupan sehari hari. Etika seorang guru sangat penting, karena dapat menimbulkan rasa untuk menghormati untuk siswa kepada guru dan mendorong untuk menguasai ilmu yang diajarkan oleh guru. Untuk etika guru sendiri dinegara kita juga di atur dalam UU RI No. 14 Th. 2005 tentang guru dan dosen.

Penelitian ini bertujuan: Untuk mengetahui relevansi etika Guru menurut Imam Nawawi dengan Undang-undang Republik Indonesia Nomor. 14 Tahun 2005.

Penulis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian pustaka (Library Reseach). dengan menggunakan bahan-bahan tertulis yang telah dipublikasikan dalam bentuk buku. Dalam analisisnya, peneliti menggunakan analisis isi (Content Analysis). Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara menganalisis data tentang etika guru Guru Menurut Imam Nawawi dan merelevansikan dengan Undang-undang Republik Indonesia Nomor. 14 Tahun 2005.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasanya Teori etika Imam Nawawi pada umumnya bersumber pada al-Qur’an dan as-sunnah dan secara umum teorinya memiliki relevansi dengan Undang-Undang Guru No 14 Th. 2005 dan masih sangat relevan pada zaman ini. Pada etika personal guru memiliki hubungan guru harus taat pada hukum, pada etika guru dalam mengajar memiliki hubungan dalam evaluasi pembelajaran, pada etika guru terhadap murid memiliki hubungan pemberian reward dan hukuman, pada etika guru teerhadap ilmu memiliki hubungan saling meningkatkan ilmu dan skill, dan pada etika guru dalam sesama memiliki hubungan mampu bersosialisasi dengan baik.

The results show that the Imam Nawawi theory of ethics is generally based on the Qur'an and as-Sunnah and in general the theory has relevance to the Teacher Law No. 14 Th. 2005 and still very relevant in this day and age. In the personal ethics of teachers have a relationship of teachers must be obedient to the law, the ethics of teachers in teaching have a relationship in the evaluation of learning, the ethics of teachers to students have reward and punishment relationship, the ethics of teachers on science have a relationship of mutual increase knowledge and skills, the ethics of teachers in others have a good social relation.
