Abstract
INDONESIA:
Standar operasional prosedur dan pengawasan memberikan dukungan para karyawan agar lebih bertanggung jawab dalam melaksanakan tugas dan kewajibannya. Tujuan standar operasional prosedur dan pengawasan yakni untuk memberi dorongan atau semangat kerja sehingga mendukung dalam upaya untuk memaksimalkan pencapaian kinerja karyawan.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan PT. Turen Indah sebanyak 33 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah proportional random sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dimana semua anggota mempunyai kesempatan yang sama untuk dijadikan sampel, sesuai dengan proporsinya, banyak atau sedikit populasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis path.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah di lakukan maka dapat di tarik kesimpulan bahwa 1) Terdapat pengaruh standar operasional prosedur terhadap kinerja karyawan 2) Terdapat pengaruh pengawasan terhadap kinerja karyawan 3) Terdapat pengaruh standar operasional prosedur terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui pengawasan.
ENGLISH:
Standard operational procedures and supervision provide employee support to be more responsible in carrying out its duties and obligations.The purpose of standard operating procedures and supervision itself is to give encouragement or morale so that support in an effort to maximize the achievement of employee performance.
Population in this research that is employee of PT. Turen Indah as many as 33 employees.The sampling technique used in this research proportional random samplinga sampling technique in which all members have equal opportunity to sample, according to their proportions, many or few populations.Data analysis used in this research is path analysis.
Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done then it can be concluded that 1) There is influence of standard operational procedures on employee performance 2) There is influence of supervision on employee performance 3) there is influence of work standard operational procedures on employee performance through supervision.
