Abstract
INDONESIA:
Dalam menghadapi persaingan ekonomi yang semakin tinggi para pemasar dituntut mempunyai kompetensi untuk lebih bersaing agar tetap eksis dalam dunia usahanya. Diperlukan kombinasi strategi pemasaran yang lebih tepat dan sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan untuk mencapai keberhasilan. Store Layout, Interior Display dan Human Variable yang ada harus mampu menarik atau memberikan kenyamanan bagi pelanggan. Begitu pula yang dilakukan Rumah Opa Kitchen and Lounge Malang harus mampu memberikan kenyamanan pada pelanggannya untuk semakin berkembang dan bertahan dalam usahanya.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penilaian responden mengenai pembelian Efektifitas Store Layout, Interior Display dan Human Variable yang telah diterapkan pada Rumah Opa Kitchen and Lounge Malang. Serta mengetahui variabel manakah yang paling efektif untuk menumbuhkan keputusan Pembelian pada Rumah Opa Kitchen and Lounge Malang. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling, yaitu dengan cara menentukan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, yaitu siapa saja yang sedang atau pernah mengunjungi Rumah Opa dapat digunakan sebagai sampel. Adapun analisis efektivitasnya menggunakan analisis penghitungan skor rata-rata.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa store layout (X1) dengan indikator luas ruang tamu, luas kamar mandi, luas outdoor, luas ruang VIP, luas kasir, ukuran meja dan kursi, jarak meja dan kursi, penempatan meja dan kursi, jumlah meja dan kursi, penempatan ruangan, akses ruangan, pembagian ruangan, suasana ruangan mendapatakan hasil yang cukup tinggi. Interior display (X2) dengan indikator penempatan perabotan, mudah dilihat, mudah dicari, display produk, mudah dijangkau, bentuk papan tanda, penempatan papan tanda, isi papan tanda, warna papan tanda, jenis papan tanda, bentuk dekorasi dinding, penempatan dekorasi dinding, jumlah dekorasi dinding, keamanan dekorasi dinding mendapatkan hasil yang tinggi. Human variable (X3) dengan indikator tingkat kepadatan pelanggan, perilaku pelanggan, penampilan pelanggan, perilaku karyawan, pelayanan karyawan, penampilan karyawan, daya tanggap karyawan, kerapihan pakaian karyawan, kebersihan pakaian karyawan, seragam, dan tanda pengenal mendapatkan nilai yang tinggi. Sehingga dalam membangun kenyamanan pelanggan mempunyai hasil yang efektif.

In the face of economic competition that the higher the marketers are required to have the competency to better compete in order to still exist in the world of his efforts.It takes a combination of marketing strategy more precise and appropriate company needs to achieve success.Store Layout, Interior and Display Human Variable that exists should be able to attract or provide a convenience for customers.Similarly, conducted Home Opa Lounge Kitchen and the unfortunate must be able to provide comfort on its customers to further evolve and persist in his efforts.
This research aims to know the assessment of respondents regarding the purchase of the effectiveness of Store Layout, Interior and Display Human Variable that has been applied to the Home Kitchen and Lounge Opa Malang.As well as knowing the variables which is the most effective way to foster a buying decision on a Home Kitchen and Lounge Opa Malang.Sampling method used is the accidental sampling, namely by way of determining the sample based on coincidence, that anyone who is or ever visit Opa can be used as samples.As for the analysis of their effectiveness using analysis of calculating average score.
The results showed that the store layout (X1) and a broad indicator of the living room, spacious bathroom, a spacious pool, a spacious VIP lounge, the cashier, the size of tables and chairs, table and chairs, the placement of tables and chairs, the number of tables and chairs, placement, access, a division of the room, the atmosphere of the room mendapatakan the results are quite high.Interior display (X2) and indicators of the placement of the furniture, easily visible, searchable, display products, are within easy reach, the shape of the markers, the placement of the markers, the contents of the sign, color markers, a type of signpost, wall decorations, placement form wall decor, wall decor, security number of wall decorations get high results.Human variable (X3) by indicator as level density of customers, customer behavior, appearance, customer service employees, employee behavior, the appearance of responsiveness of employees, employees, employee hygiene, neatness of clothing apparel, uniforms, and employee alerts ID get the high score.So in building comfort customers have effective results.
