Abstract
INDONESIA:
Penelitian ini mengambil objek di PT SULING MAS yaitu sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi dan distribusi snack kacang shanghai dan mie dengan merk cap ‘macan’.
Penelitian ini ingin meneliti mengenai berpengaruh atau tidaknya variabel kepemimpinan dan human relation terhadap kinerja karyawan dan juga dimediasi oleh motivasi. Berdasar oberservasi yang dilakukan dilapangan terdapat beberapa hal mengenai kinerja yang perlu diperbaiki dan ditingkatkan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan wawancara. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan (path analysis). Sampel penelitian 80 responden.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan dan human
relation tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja maupun tidak langsung melalui motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Suling Mas
ENGLISH:
This research takes objects in PT SULING MAS namely a moving company in the field of production and distribution shanghai beans snack and noodle with ‘macan’ stamp. This research wants to research about whether or not the leadership and human relations variables influence or not on employee performance and also mediated by motivation. Based on observations made in the field there are several things about performance that need to be fixed and improved.
This study uses a type of quantitative research. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis in this study uses an approach (path analysis). The research sample was 80 respondents.
The results of this study indicate that leadership and human relations do not directly affect performance or indirectly through motivation on employee performance at PT Suling Mas
