Abstract
INDONESIA:
Kompensasi merupakan salah satu perhatian yang di berikan lembaga untuk karyawan dan guru guna meningkatkan motivasi kerja mereka. Saat kompensasi benar benar di perhatikan maka motivasi kerja guru dan karyawan akan meningkat sehingga mampu memberikan pelayanan dan pembelajaran yang maksimal bagi murid. Pada penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi financial dan non financial secara simultan dan juga secara parsial.
Penelitian yang digunakan adalah model penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 52 orang. Tehnik pengambilan sample yang digunakan yaitu sample jenuh. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisa data validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan multipel regresi dengan tujuan untuk mengetahu pengaruh kompensasi secara simultasn dan partial terhadap motivasi kerja.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh secara simultan antara kompensasi financial dan non financial terhadap motivasi kerja. Secara partial kompensasi financial tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan namun sebaliknya kompensasi non financial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja.
ENGLISH:
Compensation is one of the concerns that institutions provide for employees and teacher to increase their work motivation. When compensation is really considered, the work motivation of teacher and employees will increase so that they are able to provide maximum service and learning for students.This study analyzes the effect of simultaneous and partial financial and non-financial compensation.
The research used is a quantitative research model with a sample of 52 people. The sampling technique used is sample saturation. In this study using data analysis of validity, reliability, classical assumption and multiple regression tests with the aim to find out the effect of compensation in a simultal and partial manner on work motivation.
The results of this study indicate that there is no simultaneous influence between financial and non financial compensation on work motivation. Partially financial compensation does not have a significant effect but on the contrary non financial compensation has a significant effect on work motivation.
