Makna penggunaan cadar bagi santri putri di Pondok Pesantren Dar Ummahatil Mukminin Kota Batu: Studi Fenomenologi Persepektif Alferd Schutz

النقاب قماش ساتر الرأس أي الوجه (لدى المرأة). النقاب شرعا القماش المستعمل لستر الوجه. تستعمله الطالبات طبقة بالشريعة الإسلامية هي أمر ستر العورات التي عبر عنها الشافعية وحنابلة أن عورة المرأة فجميع بدنها لذلك إن الوجه واليدين من عوراتها إلا أنه رأى أبو حنيفة والإمام مالك أن الوجه والكفين ليست من عوراتها. يقلد مربي المعهد الإسلامي دار أمهات المؤمنين حبيب جمال بن طه بعاغل مذهب الأمام الشافعي ويدعو الطالبات لاستعمال النقاب. حتى تكون هؤلاء الطالبات المستعملات نقابا فاتنات لبحثهن لأن مسلكهن في امتثال أمرالله مختلف عن الطالبات في المعاهد الإسلامية حول مدينة باتو.

لذلك للباحثة مشكلات في هذا البحث هي (1) ما معنى النقاب لدى طالبات المعهد الإسلامية دار أمهات المؤمنين (2) ما عللهن ودوافعهن في استعمال النقاب.

هذا البحث من نوع البحث التجريبي، وطريقه المستخدمة في هذا البحث هي البحث الكيفي بمدخل فينومينولوجي ألفرد شوتز (Alferd Schutz) لإجابة مشكلات البحث.

النتيجة من هذا البحث تجيب مشكلته الأولى: إن علة الطالبات أي دافعهن في استعمال النقاب هي من أجل الدافع (In Order motif) ابتغاء لمرضاة الله سبحانه وتعالى وأن يكنّ من الصالحات ومن أجل العلة (Motif Because) هي أن النقاب كأساس العلم الإسلامي والنقاب كدافع احتراز.الثانية أن معنى استعمال النقاب لدى الطالبات على أساس فهمهن عن الثوب والحجاب الذي يصدر من القرآن الكريم هو تحريض ستر العورة بالحجاب واحتراز النظر إلى غير المحرم، أما معنى النقاب لديهن كأمر الشريعة الإسلامية هو كحافظ حاجة الراحة سيكولوجيا وكضابط النفس لأن لديهن أن الوجه من المصدر الأساسي للفتنة حتى يكون واجبا ستر

ABSTRACT

The veil is a head or face cloth (for women). Niqab (Arabic: نقاب, niqāb) is a syar'i term for the veil that is a kind of cloth used to cover the face. The wearing veil by the female students is dependent on Syari’ah of Islam. The regulation to cover the aurat in Iman Syafi’i and Imam Ahmad bin Hambal’s sects say that that the whole body of woman is aurat, hence the face and hand are included rather than the aurat. In other hand, in Imam Abu Hanifah and Imam Malik's Imam's sects say that the face and the palm of the hand are not The aurat. Head of the boarding school of Dar Ummahatil mukminin namely Habib Jamal Bin Thoha Ba'agil is adhering to ideology of the Imam Syafi'i sects advocated all of female students must wear a veil. So this case can be interesting to be observed because the way they carry out Allah’s commands on covering the aurat is different with the other students at another Islamic boarding school around Kota Batu. Therefore, the researcher has several question named “research problem” in this research: 1) What is the meaning of veil for female students of boarding school Dar Ummahatil Mukminin 2) What is the reason or motive of female students in wearing the veil.

This research is included into the type of empirical research, the method used in this study is a qualitative method with the phenomenology approach of Alferd Schutz to answer the research problem. The results of this study answer the first research problem, that is the reason or motive the female students wearing the veil are “in Order motive”, by Wishing ridho Allah SWT, and become Shalihah woman, and “Because motive”, the veil as the basic knowledge of Islam, veil as self-guarding motif. The second, the meaning of the use of veil on female students is based on their understanding of clothes and veils that based on the holy verses of Qur’an that is the suggestion to cover the aurat, and should keep their sight to people who are not their muhrim. The meaning veil for female students is as an order of Syari’ah of Islam, as a form of protection needs psychological comfort, and as a self-control because for them, the face is the main source of slander so that must be closed.

ABSTRAK

Cadar adalah kain penutup kepala atau muka (bagi perempuan). Niqab (Arab: نقاب‎, niqāb‎) adalah istilah syar'i untuk cadar yaitu sejenis kain yang digunakan untuk menutupi wajah. Penggunaan cadar yang dilakukan oleh santri putri sesuai dengan syariat Islam yakni perintah menutup aurat yang menurut madzhab imam syafi’i dan ahmad bin Hambal mengatakan bahwa seluruh tubuh wanita ini adalah aurat, maka dari itu wajah dan tangan adalah termasuk daripada aurat. Kecuali, pada madzhab imam Abu Hanifah dan Imam Malik mengatakan bahwa wajah dan telapak tangan bukan daripada aurat. Pengasuh pondok pesantren Dar Ummahatil mukminin yakni Habib Jamal Bin Thoha Ba’agil ini menganut faham madzhab Imam Syafi’i menganjurkan santri putri untuk memakai cadar. Sehingga santri putri bercadar ini menjadi menarik untuk diteliti karena cara mereka menjalankan perintah Allah mengenai hal menutup aurat berbeda dari santri putri pondok pesantren yang lan disekitar Kota Batu. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti mempunyai rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Apa makna cadar bagi santri putri pondok pesantren Dar Ummahatil Mukminin 2) Bagaimana alasan atau motif santri putri dalam memakai cadar

Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian empiris, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi Alferd Schutz untuk menjawab rumusan masalah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjawab rumusan masalah pertama, yaitu alasan atau motif santri putri memakai cadar yaitu In Order motif dengan Mengharap ridho Allah SWT, dan menjadi wanita Shalihah, Motif Because yaitu cadar sebagai dasar ilmu agama Islam, cadar sebagai motif penjagaan diri. Kedua, makna penggunaan cadar Pemaknaan penggunaan cadar pada santri putri didasarkan atas pemahaman mereka mengenai pakaian dan jilbab yang sebenarnya dengan berpedoman dengan ayat suci al-Qur’an yaitu anjuran menutup aurat dengan berjilbab dan hendaklah menjaga pandangan terhadap selain muhrimnya, adapun makna cadar bagi santri putri yaitu sebagai perintah Syari’at Islam, bentuk pelindung kebutuhan kenyamanan secara psikologi, dan sebagai pengontrol diri karena bagi mereka wajah merupakan sumber utama fitnah sehingga wajib ditutup.
