Abstract
INDONESIA:
Pada sistem remunerasi penilaian didasarkan pada kinerja pegawai, setiap pegawai memiliki bobot masing-masing didasarkan pada kelas jabatan dan rentang nilai remunerasi .Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dapat menjadi program alternatif dalam penerapan remunerasi. Profile Matching merupakan serangkaian proses yang membandingkan profile ideal dari suatu jabatan dengan profil pegawai. Dalam penelitian ini, disajikan data nilai kinerja pegawai, nilai keperilakuan pegawai dan nilai kehadiran pegawai yang dihitung menggunakan Profile Matching untuk menentukan kecocokan hasil dengan perhitungan standart prosedur remunerasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai hasil kesesuaian menggunakan metode Profile Matching dengan standart prosedur penilaian remunerasi adalah sebesar 96,66%, maka penelitian Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penerapan Remunerasi dianggap berhasil karena menghasilkan nilai kesesuaian yang tinggi . Dan dapat dijadikan alternatif solusi dalam penerapan Remunerasi
ENGLISH:
Remuneration system based on performance ratings of employees, each employee has a weight of each class based on the position and remuneration .Penelitian value range is aimed to create a decision support system that can be an alternative program in the application of remuneration. Profile Matching a set of processes which compares the ideal profile of a position with an employee profile. In this study, presented the data value of the performance of employees, employee behavioral value and the value of employee attendance is calculated using the Profile Matching to determine the suitability of results with a standard calculation procedure of remuneration. The results of this study indicate that the value of the results using the Profile Matching conformity with the standard procedure of remuneration amounted ratings 96.66%, the research work of the Remuneration Implementation of Decision Support Systems are considered successful because it produces a value of fitness. And can be used as an alternative solution to the implementation of the Remuneration
