Penerapan Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) pada sistem informasi eksekutif pengukuran kinerja pondok pesantren

Kinerja merupakan hasil dari sebuah proses kerja yang telah diselesaikan. Informasi kinerja pondok pesantren diperlukan oleh bagian eksekutif dalam pondok pesantren untuk mengetahui hasil kinerja yang telah dicapai oleh suatu pondok pesantren agar dapat dilakukan evaluasi dan analisis kebijakan. Informasi kinerja pondok pesantren ditampilkan ke dalam Sistem Informasi Eksekutif (SIE) pondok pesantren. Pondok pesantren tidak hanya menerapkan sistem pengajaran di sekolah, tapi juga menerapkan sistem pondok pesantren yang lebih menekankan pada pengajaran keagamaan dan pendidikan asrama, oleh karena itu pengukuran kinerja pondok pesantren menggunakan dua standar yaitu Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) dan Standar Mahad. Data diperoleh dari ERP pondok pesantren yang sudah dibangun sebelumnya, kemudian data tersebut dihitung sesuai dengan ketentuan standar SNP dan standar mahad, hasil perhitungan berupa skor untuk masing-masing item penilaian yang selanjutnya disimpan ke dalam database dan ditampilkan ke dashboard SIE. SIE dibuat menggunakan Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) agar komunikasi antar sistem informasi dapat berjalan dengan mudah tanpa terhalangi oleh perbedaan platform, perbedaan database, perbedaan bahasa dan bahkan perbedaan lokasi server. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan 3 jenis pengujian yaitu pengujian service, pengujian perhitungan, dan pengujian interface. Hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan menyatakan bahwa SIE telah dibangun dengan baik dan tidak ditemukan kesalahan pada sistem.

Performance is the result of a process of work that has been completed. Islamic boarding school performance information is needed by the executives to know the performance that has been achieved by Islamic boarding school, the results of Islamic boarding school performance can help executives to conduct policy analysis and evaluation. Islamic boarding school performance information is displayed in the boarding school Executive Information System (EIS). Boarding schools not only apply the teaching system in schools, but also implements a system that emphasizes the teaching of religious education, therefore the measurement of Islamic boarding school’s performance uses two standards, namely the National Education Standards (NES) and the Mahad Standard. Data is obtained from the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) of Islamic boarding school that have been built before, then the data is calculated in accordance with the provisions of the NES standard and mahad standard, the results of the calculation is in the form of scores for each item of assessment which is then stored in the database and displayed to the EIS dashboard. EIS is created using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) so that communication between information systems can be run easily without being blocked by platform differences, database differences, language differences and even server location differences. System testing is done with 3 types of testing i.e., service testing, calculations testing, and the interface testing. The results of tests that have been done stated that the EIS has been well constructed and no errors are found in the system.
