Abstract
INDONESIA:
Pencak Silat adalah nama dari suatu bentuk kesenian tradisional yang telah berkembang dan mengakar di Indonesia. Pencak Silat merupakan kesatuan dari 4 unsur, yakni unsur seni, unsur bela diri, unsur olahraga dan unsur mental-spiritual. Pencak Silat sebagai Olahraga telah marak ditandingkan baik di lingkup Nasional maupun Internasional. Namun sistem penjaringan dan pengembangan atlet di Indonesia masih kurang. Seleksi dilakukan ala kadarnya dengan berbagai keterbatasan pengetahuan yang dimiliki serta dengan transparansi dan pembuktian yang juga sangat kurang. Hal tersebut juga akan berdampak pada kepercayaan Pelatih atau Atlet Pencak Silat akan hasil seleksi, yang akan memicu terjadinya konflik atau perseteruan saat dan setelah seleksi berlangsung. Karena hal itulah, kami membangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Seleksi Atlet Pencak Silat menggunakan metode Fuzzy AHP-TOPSIS. Sistem ini menggunakan 4 kriteria utama yakni fisik, teknik, psikis dan strategi, dengan 16 indikator pengujian yang menjadi subkriteria sistem. Akurasi konsistensi pembobotan dengan metode AHP yang dimodifikasi dengan metode supervised adalah 100%. Sedangkan tingkat akurasi penerapan metode Fuzzy AHP-TOPSIS pada penyeleksian atlet adalah 91,5%.

Pencak Silat is the name for one of traditional matrial arts which rooted and grown in Indonesia. It is a unity of four elements: arts, self-defense, sports, and mental-spiritual element. As a sport branch, pencak silat competition has flowering both in National and International scope. However, Indonesian athlete's selection and development system is still not in a good shape. Selection process is done in perfunctory manner with various limitations of knowledge possessed as well as lack of transparency and proof. Those things will influence coach's or athlete's trust towards the selection results, in some cases it could trigger conflicts or disputes in the middle of or after selection process. Therefore, the researcher has built Decision Support System of Pencak Silat Athlete Selection using Fuzzy AHP-TOPSIS method. This system uses four main criteria: physical, engineering, psychic and strategy, with 16 test indicators that become system's sub-criteria. The accuracy of weight consistency with AHP method modified by supervised method is 100%. While the accuracy of the application of Fuzzy AHP-TOPSIS method on the selection of athletes is 91.5%.
