Abstract
INDONESIA:
Kegiatan retailing yaitu proses akhir dari sebuah pendistribusian dapat dimaksimalkan sebagai cara untuk membangkitkan minat beli konsumen, maka digunakanlah salah satu elemen dari retailing mix sendiri yaitu presentasi toko, di mana presentasi toko diartikan sebagai Atmosfer Toko. Toko JMC Jaket kulit merupakan salah satu usaha ritel yang menjual produk berbahan kulit, terletak di Jl. Suropati Raya 06 Bululawang Kota Malang Kecamatan Bululawang. Agar berhasil dalam memenangkan persaingan, Toko JMC harus dapat menjaring konsumen sebanyak-banyaknya dengan cara menciptakan atmosfer toko sebaik mungkin atau memberikan kesan yang baik pada setiap konsumen.
Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, yaitu metode untuk menguji teori-teori tertentu dengan cara meneliti hubungan antar variabel. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala likert. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 125 responden, dengan kriteria yang digunakan adalah para pengunjung Toko JMC.Peneliti merumuskan masalah berkaitan dengan uji simultan, uji parsial, dan secara dominan tentang pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel atmosfer yang terdiri dari eksterior (Exterior), interior keseluruhan (General Interior), tata letak (Store Layout) dan pemajangan barang dagangan dalam toko (Interior Display) terbukti berpengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap minat beli konsumen di Toko JMC Jaket Kulit Bululawang Malang. Secara dominan diketahui bahwa variabel tata letak (Store Layout) lebih mendominasi pengaruhnya terhadap minat beli konsumen.

Retailing activities the final process of a distribution can be maximized as a way to generate consumer buying interest by used one of the elements of the retailing mix such as store presentation that is defined as Store Atmosphere. JMC Store Leather Jacket is one of the retail business that sell leather products, located on Jl. Suropati Raya 06 Bululawang Malang. In order to succeed in winning the competition, JMC Store must be able to capture as many consumers as possible by creating the store's atmosphere as best as possible to giving a good impression on every consumer.
This study uses quantitative research, which is a method to test certain theories by examining the relationship between variables. The instrument of data collection used is questionnaire which measured by likert scale. The number of respondents in this study as many as 125 respondents, with the criteria used are the visitors of JMC Store. Researcher formulates problems related to simultaneous test, partial test, and predominantly about the effect of product quality on purchasing decision.
The results showed that atmosphere variables consisting of exterior, general interior, store layout and , point of purchase (Interior Display) proved to influence simultaneously and partially to consumer buying interest in JMC Store Leather Jacket in Bululawang Malang. It is predominantly known that the store layout more dominates its influence on consumer buying interest.
