Abstract
INDONESIA:
Kedelai merupakan komoditas tanaman palawija yang memiliki banyak manfaat. kedelai merupakan tanaman pangan yang kaya protein. Kandungan protein pada kedelai berkisar antara 35-40%. Kandungan protein tanaman kedelai lebih tinggi dibandingkan tanaman pangan lainnya.
Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) sebanyak enam kali ulangan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan uji korelasi pearson dan penelitian deskriptif untuk mengetahui karakter anatomi daun (Glycine max L. Merrill). Analisis data menggunakan analisis variansi (ANAVA). Apabila terdapat pengaruh nyata maka dilanjutkan dengan uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) 5%. Ketahanan 4 varietas dapat diketahui melalui uji intensitas kerusakan daun.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh ketahanan dari beberapa varietas pada varietas yang di uji melalui intensitas kerusakan daun dan tedapat hubungan antara kerapatan trikoma, panjang trikoma dan tebal kutikula terhadap serangan hama ulat grayak (Spodoptera litura F.). varietas yang memiliki kerapatan yang rapat pada varietas Dena I sebesar 5,1 mm2 , varietas yang memiliki trikoma terpanjang yaitu varietas Dena I sebesar 19 μm dan tebal kutikula sebesar 7,171 μm.
ENGLISH:
Soybeans are a type of commodity plants that had many benefits. Soybeans are crops that rich of proteins. The protein contain on soybeans are around 35-40%. It means soybeans have higher protein compared to other crops.
The program of this research is using Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) with six times repetition. This research was experimental research using correlation test and descriptive assessment to discover the character of leaves anatomy (Glycine max L. Merril). Data analysis using Analisis Variansi (ANAVA). If there was real impact found, then will be continued with Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) 5%. 4 variety’s endurance can be found out from leaves damage intensity test.
Based on the result of this research there was an endurance impact found from several variety that tested on leaves damage intensity test and there was relation between Trichome’s density, trichome’s length and cuticle’s thickness toward pest Cotton Leafworm’s attack (Spodoptera litura F.). Varieties that has most trichome’s density is Dena I type with 5,1 mm2, varieties that has longest trichome is Dena I type with 19 μm and cuticles thickness about 7,171 μm.
