Abstract
INDONESIA:
Perusahaan atau badan usaha dalam melaksanakan aktivitas bisnisnya perlu untuk memerhatikan masyarakat, lingkungan dan pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan bagi perusahaan baik internal maupun eksternal perusahaan. Aktivitas bisnisnya perusahaan haruslah bertindak etis, beroperasi secara legal dan dapat memberi manfaat bagi masyarakat, lingkungan maupun stakeholder lainnya. Sehingga aktivitas perusahaan bukan saja berorientasi keuntungan (profit) namun juga berorientasi sosial dan lingkungan. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) merupakan salah satu usaha perusahaan dalam menjaga perilaku etis perusahaan sehingga citra perusahaan akan tetap positif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan CSR terhadap citra perusahaan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Sumber data dari penelitian ini diperoleh dari PG Kebon Agung Malang. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini mengunakan regresi linier berganda. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara penyebaran koesioner kepada 40 responden.
Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan seluruh variabel CSR yang terdiri dari community support, employee support dan environment mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap citra perusahaan. Sedangkan secara parsial terdapat dua variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap citra perusahaan yaitu variabel employee support dan environment, artinya kedua variabel tersebut dapat dijadikan instrumen pelaksanaan CSR dalam meningkatkan citra perusahaan.

Companies or business institution in the conduct of business activities need to pay attention to the community, the environment and interested parties for the company both internal and external companies. Its business activities must Behave ethically, operate legally and can benefit to society, the environment and other stakeholders. So that the activities of the company not only profit-oriented but also oriented social and environmental. CSR is one of the company's efforts in maintaining ethical behavior of the company, with the result corporate image will remain positive. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of CSR implementation on corporate image.
This research uses descriptive quantitative approach. Data source from this research was obtained from PG Kebon Agung Malang. Data analysis technique in this research using multiple linear regression. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents.
From the results of the study showed that simultaneously all CSR variables consisting of community support, employee support and environment have a significant influence on corporate image. While partially there are two variables which have a significant effect on corporate image, namely employee support and environment variables, meaning that these two variables can be used as instrument of CSR implementation in improving corporate image.
