Abstract

INDONESIA:

Manajemen adalah sebuah proses penyelenggaraan serta pelaksanaan dalam sebuah usaha kerjasama sekelompok manusia untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan Pesantren dengan beberapa metode, proses pendidikan, dan evaluasi pendidikan Pesantren demi tercapainya tujuan yang di inginkan. Pada pendidikan Pesantren Rakyat al-Amin Sumberpucung adalah pendidikan yang berorientasi dan bersinergi pada masyarakat serta menjaga kearifan lokal setempat dengan selalu mengikuti perkembangan zaman pada era globalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pendidikan Pesantren berbasis kearifan lokal di Pesantren Rakyat al-Amin Sumberpucung Malang, dengan fokus: (1) Manajemen pendidikan, (2) Program Pendidikan, dan (3) Evaluasi Pendidikan Pesantren Rakyat al-Amin Sumberpucung Malang.

Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Deskriptif-Kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan cara perpanjangan keikutsertaan peneliti; teknik triangulasi dengan menggunakan pengolahan sumber, teori, dan metode; dan ketekunan pengamatan. Informan peneliti yaitu pengasuh Pesantren, dewan ustadz dan ustadzah, santri, dan masyarakat sekitar. Hasil penelitian meliputi; (1) Panca rukun terdiri dari: (a) Jagong Maton diskusi dilaksanakan kapanpun, dimanapun dan dengan siapapun; (b) Lumbung Pesantren Rakyat dengan menyimpan bahan makanan yang telah dimiliki; (c) Celengan dilaksanakan oleh santri dan seluruh elemen masyarakat yang ada di sekitar Pesantren; (d) Ngaji Ngluruk dilaksanakan dengan memberdayakan Kyai di sekitar Pesantren; dan (e) Dzikir al-Fatihah dilaksanakan setiap malam Jum’at dengan membaca 100 surat al-Fatihah. Yang berfungsi sebagai dasar pelaksanaan program pendidikan Pesantren. (2) Pendidikan non formal Pesantren mencakup: (a) Kegiatan Madrasah Diniyah dilaksanakan setiap hari ba’da maghrib sampai jam 23.00 dilanjutkan sesudah shubuh sampai jam 05.15 ; (b) keterampilan, meliputi; ( pemuda dan olahraga melakukan pelatihan-pelatihan kepemimpinan, outbond, organisasi kepemudaan, mendirikan team sepak bola, voly ball, catur, dan futsal; seni budaya selalu menjaga dan merawat potensi-potensi seni dan budaya yang sudah ada di lingkungan sekitar; paguyuban seni tradisional serta modern dengan membentuk grup musik baik yang tradisional maupun modern; (c) kewirausahaan, dengan langsung terjun pada usaha, (d) pertanian, memanfaatkan lahan sekitar pesantren, (e) peternakan, dengan memberikan hewan kepada masyarakat untuk berternak, (f) pengembangan IPTEK Pesantren hasil karya para santri yang di unggah lewat internet dapat dimanfaatkan oleh komunitas santri dan juga masyarakat luas.; dan (g) penyetaraan ijazah bagi siswa melalui kejar paket dan dan ikut pada ujian di Madrasah Aliyah. (3) pendidikan formal Pesantren: (a) (PAUD) dan (TK) pembelajarannya, dengan kelas alam, kelas teman, kelas kandang, kelas tani, kelas kolam; dan (b) Sekolah Dasar Islam Integratif (SDII) Pesantren Rakyat al-Amin sudah hafal surah al-Waqi’ah pada jenjang kelas 1 SDII , diwajibkan hafal tahlil dan suratan pendek hafal sampai dengan kelas 4, serta istighosah dan sholat dhuha rutin setiap hari, untuk kelas 5 sampai dengan kelas 6. Evaluasi dilakukan: (1) Evaluasi dilaksanakan sewaktu-waktu sesuai dengan kebutuhan kondisi Pesantren; (2) Evaluasi dilaksanakan melalui jagong maton, yakni diskusi yang dilaksanakan sewaktu-waktu untuk memecahkan permasalahan di Pesantren Rakyat.

ENGLISH:

Management is an implementation process and application in a cooperative business of a group of people to achieve certain goals. The efforts in implementing Islamic School education are with several methods, educational processes, and evaluation of Islamic School education in order to achieve the desired goals. In the education of the Al-Amin Rakyat Islamic School of Sumberpucung is education that is oriented and synergized with the community and maintains local wisdom by following the times always in the era of globalization. The research aims at determining the Islamic school education management in developing local wisdom at Al-Amin Rakyat Islamic School of Sumberpucung, with a focus: (1) Management of education, (2) Education Programs, and (3) Educational Evaluation of Al-Amin Rakyat Islamic School of Sumberpucung of Malang. The research used a descriptive-qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interview techniques, participant observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Checking the validity of the data was done by extending the participation of researcher; triangulation techniques used source processing, theory and methods; and perseverance of observation. Research informants were the head of Islamic School, the Islamic teacher, Islamic teacher, and the surrounding community.

The research results included; (1) Panca Rukun consists of: (a) Jagong Maton discussion is carried out anytime, anywhere and with anyone; (b) The Granary of the Rakyat Islamic School is by storing the food; (c) Piggy banks are carried out by Islamic Student and all elements of society around the Islamic School; (d) Ngluruk Ngaji is carried out by empowering Kyai around Islamic school; and (e) Dhikr al-Fatihah is held every Friday night by reading 100 letters of al-Fatihah which serves as the basis for the implementation of the Islamic School education program. (2) non-formal Islamic school education included: (a) Madrasah Diniyah activities are carried out every day on the day of Maghrib until 11:00 p.m., continued after subuh until 05.15; (b) skills included; (youth and sports conduct leadership training, outbound, youth organizations, football establishment, volley ball, chess and futsal teams; arts and culture always maintain and care for the artistic and cultural potentials that already exist in the environment; traditional arts community and modern shape music groups both traditional and modern, (c) entrepreneurship, by directly engaging in business, (d) agriculture, utilizing land around Islamic school, (e) livestock, by giving animals to the community to raise livestock, (f) developing Science and technology of Islamic school is created by students who are uploaded in internet, and can be used by the Islamic Student community as well as the wider community; and (g) equalizing diploma for students through equivalency and taking part in Senior High School exams. (3) formal Islamic School education: ( a) (PAUD) and (TK) learning, with nature class, friend class, cage class, farmer class, pool class, and (b) Integrative Islamic Primary School (SDII) Al-Amin Rakyat Islamic School has memorized the surah al-Waqi'ah at grade 1 of SDII, is required to memorize tahlil and short letters that has to memorize up to grade 4, as well as istighosah and dhuha prayer every day, for grade 5 till grade 6. The evaluation is carried out: (1) Evaluation is carried out at any time according to the needs of the conditions of the Islamic school; (2) Evaluation is carried out through jagong maton, which is a discussion that is carried out at any time to solve problems at Rakyat Islamic School.
