Abstract
ABSTRAK
Dengan mengembangkan nilai karakter di sekolah sebagai usaha dan upaya memperbaiki moral bangsa, sekolah bertanggungjawab untuk serius mengembangkan potensi dan sikap peserta didik.Bersamaan dengan melakukan pencerdasan intelek, sekolah turut bertanggung jawab dalam mencerdaskan sikap dan moral siswa. Melalui tiga upaya utama pendidikan, yaitu pembiasaan, pembelajaran, dan peneladanan peserta didik akan terbiasa dan termotivasi untuk berbuat baik.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendiskripsikan program pengembangan budaya religius, mendiskripsikan strategi pelaksanaan pengembangan budaya religius dan mendiskripsikan peran pengembangan budaya religius terhadap pembentukan karakter peserta didik di MTs Surya Buana malang.
Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi data, memaparkan data dan menarik kesimpulan. Dalam pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan, perpanjangan pengamatan, ketekunan pengamatan, dan triangulasi.
Hasil penelitian secara ringkas menunjukkan bahwa, dari bentuk program pengembangan budaya religius di MTs Surya Buana ada (1) Sholat Berjamaah,(2) Berjabat tangan, (3) Membaca Asmaul Husna, (4) Membaca Al Qur’an, (5) Infaq jum’at, (6) PHBI, dari strategi pelaksanaan pengembangan budaya religius; (1) Memberikan Penjelasan, (2) Melibatkan Organisasi Kepesertadidikan, (3) Memberikan penguatan perilaku, (4) Melakukan control penilaian , (5) Keteladanan, dari peran pengembangan budaya religius terhadap pembentukan karakter peserta didik di MTs Surya Buana malang; (1) Religius, (2) Mandiri, (3) disiplin, (4) Kejujuran, (5) Peduli social.
ABSTRACT
By developing the value of character in school as an effort and efforts to improve the moral of the nation, the school is responsible for seriously developing the potential and attitude of learners. Along with intellectual intelligence, schools are also responsible for educating students' attitudes and morale. Through three main educational efforts, namely habituation, learning, and exemplary learners will be accustomed and motivated to do good.
The purpose of this study is to describe the development of religious culture program, to describe the strategy of implementing the development of religious culture and to describe the role of the development of religious culture towards the formation of the character of learners in MTs Surya Buana Malang.
In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection technique is done through observation, interview and documentation. Data were analyzed by reducing data, exposing data and drawing conclusions. In checking the validity of data use, extension of observation, observation persistence, and triangulation.
The result of the research concludes that from the form of the program of development of religious culture in MTs Surya Buana there are (1) Shared Prayer, (2) Shaking hands, (3) Reading Asmaul Husna, (4) Reading Al Qur'an, (5) Alms Friday, (6) commemoration of the big day of Islam, from the strategy of implementing the development of religious culture; (1) Providing Explanation, (2) Involving the Organization student, (3) Provide reinforcement of behavior, (4) Conduct control assessment, (5) Exemplary, from the role of the development of religious culture to the formation of the character of learners in MTs Surya Buana Malang; (1) Religious, (2) Independent, (3) discipline, (4) Honesty, (5) Social Care.
