Abstract
INDONESIA:
Perdagangan mebel di Indonesia dapat berpengaruh terhadap devisa negara, karena produk mebel di Indonesia tidak hanya diminati oleh masyarakat dalam negeri saja, tetapi juga diminati masyarakat luar negeri. Terkait dengan perdagangan tersebut, pemasaran sangat mempengaruhi keberhasilan akan produk yang dipasarkan. Pemasaran merupakan suatu usaha dari produsen untuk menarik perhatian konsumen dengan tujuan untuk memperkenalkan produk yang dihasilkan. Adapun unsur-unsur dalam pemasaran antara lain adalah produk, harga, promosi, dan tempat pemasaran. Empat hal ini perlu diperhatikan dalam proses pemasaran mebel tersebut.
Saat ini mebel telah menjadi kebutuhan wajib untuk melengkapi dan memperindah ruangan, karena mebel merupakan alat yang dapat menunjang berbagai aktifitas kehidupan sehari-hari. Seiring berjalannya waktu bentuk serta model mebel semakin berkembang. Produk mebel dapat dibeli dalam bentuk finish maupun setengah jadi, baik dalam jumlah besar maupun eceran. Beberapa produk mebel antara lain adalah kursi tamu, meja makan, lemari, dan lain-lain. Kayu yang digunakan dalam produksi mebel antara lain adalah kayu jati, sonokeling, dan mahoni.
Berdasarkan Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Jawa Timur, Kota Pasuruan merupakan bagian dari Provinsi Jawa Timur yang ikut andil dalam pertumbuhan perdagangan mebel. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa hasil dari produksi mebel Kota Pasuruan cukup banyak diminati oleh masyarakat. Keberadaan pelabuhan Kota Pasuruan turut berperan dalam pendistribusian bahan baku kayu yang digunakan sebagai produksi mebel di Kota Pasuruan. Usaha mebel Kota Pasuruan banyak dijumpai di wilayah Selatan yang meliputi Kelurahan Bukir, Sebani, Krapyakrejo, Gentong, dan Petahunan. High-tech architecture merupakan suatu pendekatan dalam arsitektur yang cenderung pada ide atau gagasan arsitektur modern yang menonjolkan kesan struktur dan teknologi suatu bangunan.
ENGLISH:
Furniture Trade in Indonesia can influence currency exchange because it’s products not only liked by domestic public, but also foreigners. Based on this trade, promotion really determines the result of products that are promoted. Promotion is an effort of producer to attract consumer’s attention on purpose to introduce the products that are produced. There are some matters in promotion like product, price, promotion and place. These matters need to be concerned in promotion.
Nowadays Furniture has been a necessity to complete and decorate room because it is like an instrument that can support some daily activities. Therefore, the shape and model increase well. Furniture products can be bought in half raw or finished condition. It also can be bought in big amount or single unit. There are some kinds of the product such as chair, sofa, cupboard etc. The wood that is used in furniture production are “ jati, sonokeling and mahoni “.
Based on East Java Statistic Center, Pasuruan is a part of east java province that has a role in furniture trade growth. It proves that Pasuruan furniture product is liked enough by public. Besides that, the port in Pasuruan also helps the basic commodities distribution of production. We may find easily this industry in south Pasuruan, especially in “ Bukir, Sebani, Krapyakrejo, Gentong and Petahunan “ village. High-tech architecture is a method on architecture that focus on idea and suggestion of modern architecture, it brings out the impression of building structure and technology.
