Abstract
ABSTRAK
Karakter tanggung jawab sangat penting untuk dimiliki oleh setiap peserta didik mengingat pada saat ini Negara kita Indonesia sedang mengalami masalah pada berbagai bidang kehidupan. Hal ini terjadi karena kurangnya rasa tanggung jawab dalam menjalankan kehidupan bermasyarakat. Pembentukan karakter peserta didik merupakan salah satu pokok perhatian utama dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan.jadi, pembentukan karakter peserta didik di sekolah tidak hanya tugas guru dalam kelas saja melainkan juga diluar jam belajar di kelas yakni melalui pembinaan-pembinaan lain yang ada di sekolah.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) Menjelaskan bagaimana Organisasi Pasukan Khusus Khadijah di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Malang, (2) Menjelaskan bagaimana Pembentukan Karakter Tanggung Jawab melalui Organisasi Pasukan Khusus Khadijah di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Khadijah Malang.
Untuk mencapai tujuan di atas, digunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Instrumen kunci adalah peneliti sendiri, dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi data yang tidak relevan, pengecekan keabsahan data, memaparkan data dan menarik kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Organisasi Pasukan Khusus Khadijah merupakan Organisasi Pasuskha merupakan organisasi dibawah naungan kesiswaan yang ditunjuk oleh kepala madrasah langsung dengan tujuan (a) Membentuk pasukan khusus yang mampu menegakkan kedisiplinan di lingkungan MI Khadijah dan menjadi suri tauladan bagi peserta didik lainnya (b) Membekali kemampuan dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan bagi Pasuskha (c)Mengantarkan peserta didik mendapatkan peluang menjadi tauladan. Pemilihan anggotanya berdasarkan prestasi akademik, non akademik dan akhlak yang baik. Pelaksanaan tugas anggota pasuskha terbagi menjadi beberapa tugas mulai dari masuk madrasah hingga pulang dari madrasah Apabila terjadi pelanggaran pada peserta didik yang menjadi tanggungannya maka anggota pasuskha berkewajiban pertama mengingatkan, apabila masih melakukan pelanggaran maka anggota pasuskha menegur, namun jika masih melanggar lagi dicatat dan dilaporkan kepada koordinator Pasuskha. (2) Pembentukan karakter tanggung jawab melalui organisasi pasuskha dapat terlihat dari anggota pasuskha dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sebagai teladan dan tanggung jawabnya terhadap peserta didik yang menjadi tanggungannya seperti tidak segan ketika menegor peserta didik yang melanggar aturan dan sebagainya. Tanggung jawab yang ditampakkan oleh anggota pasuskha diantaranya adalah (a)tanggung jawab dalam melaksanakan tugas (b)tanggung jawab terhadap setiap perbuatan dan (c) tanggung jawab dalam melaksanakan piket sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan dan disepakati bersama.
ABSTRACT
Character of responsibility is very important to be owned by every participants of education considering at this moment our country Indonesia is experiencing problems on various fields of life. It happens because of lacking sense of responsibility in running the social life. Building the character of participants of education is one of the main concern in establishing the education. Thus, building the character of participants of education at school is not only the task of teachers in the classroom but also outside the classroom by other coachings at school.
The aims of this research were to : (1) Explain How the Organization of Khadijah Special Forces in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Malang, (2) Explain How the Character Building of Responsibility through the Organization of Khadijah special Forces in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Khadijah Malang.
To achieve those objectives, qualitative research approach was used with case study research type. The key instrument was the researcher herself, and techniques of data collection used were observation, interview, and documentation. Data were analyzed by reducing the irrelevant data, checking the data validity, data presentation and withdrawing the conclusion.
Results of research showed that, (1) Organization of Khadijah Special Forces was The organization of Pasuskha, an organization under the umbrellas of student affairs appointed directly by the head of a madrasah with the objectives of (a) Establishing a special forces capable of enforcing the discipline within the environment of MI Khadijah and becoming a role model for the other students (b) Providing abilities and skills required for Pasuskha (c) Giving the participants of education to get a chance to become a role model. Member selection was based on academic achievement, non-academic achievement and good morals. Task execution of the pasuskha members was divided into several tasks start from entering the madrasah until going home from the madrasah. If a violation was done by the students in his/her responsibility, the member of pasuskha was obliged first to remind them, if they still committed the violation then the pasuskha members had to reprimand, but if the violation continued it was then recorded and reported to the Pasuskha coordinator. (2) character building of responsibility through organization of pasuskha was visible from the members of pasuskha in carrying out the tasks and responsibility as a role model and being responsible to the participants of education in his/her responsibility such as not shy when reprimanding the participants of eduaction who violated the school rules and so on. The responsibility revealed by the members of pasuskha among others were (a) responsibility in carrying out the tasks (b) responsibility in every deeds and (c) responsibility in carrying out pickets in accordance with the predetermined schedule and agreed together.
