Abstract

INDONESIA:

Radikal Bebas asap rokok dapat merusak sel dan jaringan tubuh. Industri rokok dapat menstabilkan perekonomian bangsa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh paparan asap rokok dengan biofilter berbahan cengkeh dan daun kelor terhadap gambaran histologis arteri koroner dan tekanan darah mencit. Penelitian ini dibagi dalam 4 kelompok yaitu kontrol(-) mencit normal, kontrol(+) mencit dipapari asap rokok tanpa biofilter, (BC) mencit dipapari asap rokok dengan biofilter cengkeh dan (BK) mencit dipapari asap rokok dengan biofilter kelor. Pengukuran tekanan darah dilakukan setiap minggu selama 3 minggu. Kemudian mencit didislokasi leher diambil organ jantung dan dibuat preparat histologi. Terdapat pengaruh yang nyata paparan asap rokok dengan biofilter cengkeh dan kelor terhadap tekanan darah mencit seperti adanya penurunan tekanan darah sistolik mencit. Terdapat pengaruh yang nyata paparan asap rokok dengan biofilter cengkeh dan kelor terhadap arteri koroner jantung mencit seperti terjadi penurunan warna inti myosit menjadi berwarna biru lebih muda dibandingkan dengan tanpa biofilter inti myosit menuju piknotik berwarna biru tua. Selain itu, struktur myofibril lebih teratur dan hampir tidak terjadi hipertrofi endotel.

ENGLISH:

Free radicals of the cigarette smoke can damage cells and body tissues. However, the tobacco industry can stabilize the nation's economy. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of exposure of the cigarette smoke with bio-filter that was made from cloves and kelor leaves against the histological picture of coronary artery and blood pressure of mice. The research was divided into 4 groups: control (-) normal mice, control (+) mice was exposed to cigarette smoke without bio-filter, (BC) mice was exposed to cigarette smoke with clove bio-filter and (BK) mice was exposed to cigarette smoke with moringa bio-filter. Blood pressure measurements were taken in every Sunday for 3 weeks. The mice was isolated the neck, took the heart organ and made histology preparations. There is a noticeable influence exposure to smoke cigarettes with clove and biofilter kelor against blood pressure such as the existence of a decrease in systolic blood pressure of mice. There is a noticeable influence exposure to smoke cigarettes with clove and biofilter kelor against cardiac coronary artery such as the decline of the core color blue myosit be younger compared to without myosit towards core biofilter piknotik dark blue. In addition, the structure of the myofibril more regularly and almost didn't happen endothelial hypertrophy.
