Abstract
INDONESIA:
Indikator yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan adalah komitmen organisasi. Karyawan dengan komitmen yang tinggi di¬harapkan mampu menghasilkan kinerja yang optimal. Perilaku extra-role di dalam organisasi di-kenal dengan istilah Organizing Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasional dan OCB terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bank BRI Syariah Malang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis explanatory research. Sampel penelitian 56 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuisoner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS).
Hasil analisis dengan PLS menunjukkan komitmen organisasional, OCB dan kinerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara formatif dan reflektif. Semakin tinggi komitmen, maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja karyawan, begitu pula variabel OCB berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan yang menunjukkan semakin tinggi perilaku extra role karya, an dalam bekerja maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja karyawan. Hal ini menunjukkan jika ketiga variabel penelitian saling berkaitan.
ENGLISH:
An indicator that can improve employee performance is organizational commitment. Employees with high commitment are expected to achieve optimal performance. Extra role behaviors within the organization are known as the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The purpose of this research is to analyze and know the influence of organizational commitment and OCB on employee performance in BRI Syariah bank of Malang
This research uses quantitative approach with explanatory research type. The sample of research is 56 respondents. Data collected with questionnaires. Data analysis in this research using Partial Least Square (PLS) approach.
The results of analysis with PLS indicate organizational commitment, OCB and employee performance have positive and significant influence formatively and reflectively. The higher the commitment, the higher the employee's performance, as well as the OCB variable has a positive effect on the employee's performance, which shows the higher the employee's extra role in working, the higher the employee's performance. This shows that the three research variables are related.
