Abstract
ABSTRAK
Budaya organisasi adalah filosofi dasar organisasi yang memuat keyakinan, norma-norma, dan nilai-nilai bersama yang menjadi karakteristik inti tentang bagaimana cara melakukan sesuatu dalam organisasi. Keyakinan, norma-norma dan nilai-nilai tersebut menjadi pegangan semua sumberdaya manusia dalam organisasi dalam melaksanakan kinerjanya. Budaya organisasi ini mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dan fundamental dalam suatu organisasi, berdasarkan sejumlah hasil riset emperis telah mendokumentasikan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki peran yang sangat strategis dalam menentukan arah dan tujuan organisasi, serta memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kesuksesan kinerja organisasi dalam jangka panjang. Suatu organisasi biasanya dibentuk untuk mencapai suatu tujuan tertentu melalui kinerja SDM yang ada dalam organisasi, namun kinerja SDM sangat ditentukan oleh kondisi internal maupun eksternal organisasi, termasuk budaya organisasi.
Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis 3 hal. Pertama bagaimana proses terbentuknya budaya organisasi di MAN 1 Malang. Kedua, faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi pembentuk budaya organisasi di MAN 1 Malang. Ketiga, Bagaimana strategi perubahan budaya organisasi di MAN 1 Malang.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MAN 1 Malang. Dalam metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus, sementara teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk analisis data dilakukan dengan mereduksi data, penyajian data dan penyampaian kesimpulan. Triangulasi digunakan peneliti pada tahap pengecekan keabsahan data.
Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) proses terbentuknya budaya organisasi di MAN 1 Malang dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap yaitu; filsafat pendiri/pimpinan, sosialisasi, penguatan dan terahir budaya organisasi. (2) faktor-faktor pembentuk budaya organisasi di MAN 1 Malang yaitu; Asumsi dasar pendiri/pimpinan, symbol, norma sosial organisasi dan masyarkat sekitar. (3) Strategi perubahan budaya organisasi di MAN 1 Malang yaitu dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap; penyatuan pemahaman, serap aspirasi, sosialisasi dan terahir pelaksanaan perubahan dan penjadwalan.
ABSTRACT
Organizational culture is the basic philosophy of an organization that contains beliefs, norms, and shared values that are core characteristics of how to do something within the organization. Beliefs, norms and values into the handle all human resources within the organization in carrying out its performance. Organizational culture has a very important role and fundamental in an organization, based on a number has il research emperis have to educate that organizational culture has a very strategic role in determining the direction and goals of the organization, as well as the influence of the significant to the success of the organization's performance in the run long. An organization usually formed to achieve a certain goal through the performance of existing human resources with in the organization, but the human Resources performance is largely determined by internal and external condition of the organization, including the organization's culture.
The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze three things. First how the process of formation of organizational culture in MAN 1 Malang. Second, the factors forming what are the organizational culture at MAN 1 Malang. Third, How does the strategy change in the organizational culture MAN 1 Malang.
This research was conducted at MAN 1 Malang. In the research method using qualitative descriptive approach with case study type, while data collection technique is done through observation, interview and documentation. As for the data analysis was performed with data reduction, data presentation and delivery of the conclusion. Triangulation is used by researchers at the stage of checking the validity of data.
The research findings show that: (1) the process of forming organizational culture in MAN 1 Malang done with several stages namely; founder / leadership philosophy, socialization, strengthening and lasting organizational culture. (2) factors forming organizational culture in MAN 1 Malang namely; The basic assumption of the founder / leader, symbol, social norms and community organizations around. (3) Strategy of organizational culture change in MAN 1 Malang is done in several stages; unification of understanding, absorbing aspirations, socialization and the last implementation and scheduling changes.
