Abstract
INDONESIA :
Pembangunan aplikasi monitoring dan manajemen layanan wifi id dan indihome pada PT. Telkom Indonesia Divisi Regional 5 Kota Surabaya merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang perlu direalisasikan demi menunjang kinerja pegawai personal service. Dalam pembangunan aplikasi tersebut diperlukan sebuah metode untuk dapat merancang dan membangun aplikasi secara cepat dan sesuai dengan harapan, serta dapat menjembatani antara pembangun aplikasi dan pegawai.
Metode rational unified process (RUP) merupakan kerangka proses pengembangan perangkat lunak iteratif yang dibuat oleh Rational Software, dan merupakan salah satu model proses dari agile software development. Model pengembangan perangkat lunak yang memiliki sifat object oriented dan fase dalam pembangunan perangkat lunak, fase tersebut adalah inception, elaboration, construction dan transition.
Pembangunan aplikasi ini menggunakan beberapa tahapan yang menerapkan model UML dengan menyesuaikan pengembangan aplikasi object oriented serperti activity diagram, usecase diagram, dan diagram sequence.
Pengujian pada aplikasi monitoring dan manajemen layanan wifi id dan indihome mempunya kriteria pengujian masing-masing yang terbagi 4 kriteria yaitu correctness, efficiency, portability, dan usability
Berdasarkan hasil perencanaan, pembuatan dan pengujian aplikasi telah dilakukan. Didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa pembangunan aplikasi monitoring dan manajemen layanan wifi id dan inidhome dengan menggunakan metode rational unified process sangat efisien, ditinjau dari hasil aplikasi ini telah sesuai dengan rancangan pembuatan dan sudah memenuhi kelayakan kualitas berdasarkan kaidah software quality. Software quality dianalisis dari correctness, efficiency, portability dan usability. Aspek correctness dihitung dengan KLOC diperoleh nilai densitas error yaitu 21.2, 12.20 dan 16.13 yang memenuhi rentang yang dianjurkan yaitu 0-40 error per KLOC, sehingga aspek correctness dikatakan baik. Analisis efficiency telah diuji menggunakan tools YSlow dan Pingdom dan telah didapatkan performance score, grade, dan response time tinggi dengan loading times <10s dan mendapatkan kriteria excellent. Analisis portability telah diuji coba menggunakan beberapa browser dan mendapatkan hasil yang sesuai tanpa adanya kesalahan dan error. Aspek terakhir yaitu Usability dengan memberikan kuisioner kepada pegawai personal service dan mendapatkan hasil yang sesuai dan termasuk dalam kriteria baik sesuai dengan nilai interval yang telah ditentukan.

Application development of monitoring and management of wifi id and indihome services at PT. Telkom Indonesia 5th Regional Division of Surabaya is a necessity that needs to be realized in order to support employee performance. In developing that application, a method is needed to be able to design and build the application quickly and in accordance with expectations, so it can bridge between application builders and employees.
The method of rational unified process (RUP) is an iterative software development process framework created by Rational Software, and is one of the process models of agile software development. Which is a software development model that has object oriented and phase traits in software development, the phase is inception, elaboration, construction and transition.
To build this application is used several stages that apply the UML model by adjusting the development of object-oriented applications such as activity diagrams, usecase diagrams, and sequence diagrams.
Tests on monitoring and management application of wifi id and indihome services have criteria of each test which is divided into four criterias namely correctness, efficiency, portability, and usability
Based on the results of planning, application creation and testing have been done. It was concluded that the development of monitoring and management application of wifi id and indihome services using rational unified process method is very efficient. It was concluded that the development of monitoring and management application of wifi id and indihome services using rational unified process method is very efficient. Reviewed from the results of the application, it has been in accordance with the design of manufacture and have met the quality eligibility based on the rules of software quality. Software quality is analyzed from correctness, efficiency, portability and usability. The correctness aspect is calculated by KLOC obtained by the error density value of 21.2, 12.20 and 16.13 which meet the recommended range of 0-40 Error per KLOC, so that the correctness aspect is said to be good. Efficiency analysis has been tested using YSlow and Pingdom tools and has obtained high Performance Score, Grade, and Response time with loading times <10s and get Excellent criteria. Portability analysis has been tested using multiple browsers and gets excellent results without any errors. The last aspect is Usability by providing a questionnaire to the customer and get the appropriate results and included in good criteria according to the specified interval.
