Abstract
INONESIA:
Telah dilakukan ekstrak akar rumput bambu fraksi n-heksan yang diembankan pada zeolit NaX. Hasil pengembanan ekstrak diuji aktivitas antikanker terhadap sel kanker payudara t-47d. Rasio pengembanan kombinasi ekstrak akar rumput bambu fraksi n-heksan dan zeolit NaX telah dilakukan untuk menentukan IC50 terbaik dalam menghambat pertumbuhan sel kanker.
Ekstraksi akar rumput bambu menggunakan pelarut alkohol 80% dan ekstraksi cair-cair dengan n-heksana. Pengembanan ekstrak akar rumput bambu pada zeolit NaX menggunakan metode impregnasi kering dengan perbandingan ekstrak:zeolit yaitu 1:10; 5:10 dan 10:10. Keberhasilan pengembanan dianalisis menggunakan FTIR. Metode uji aktivitas antikanker yang digunakan adalah metode MTT (Microculture tetrazolium) berdasarkan reaksi kolorimetri. Selanjutnya dihitung prosentase sel hidup tiap sampel sehingga diketahui nilai IC50.
Hasil analisis FTIR terhadap ekstrak yang diembankan pada zeolit memberikan informasi bahwa adanya serapan pada bilangan gelombang 2923,039 cm-1 untuk Csp3-H (stretch) asym dan 2855,795 cm-1 untuk -CH2- (stretch) sym. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa ekstrak akar rumput bambu fraksi n-heksan telah teremban pada zeolit. Nilai IC50 dari masing-masing perbandingan secara berturut-turut yaitu 3.016 μg/mL; 91245 μg/mL; 1.006,215 μg/mL dan rasio perbandingan terbaik dalam menghambat pertumbuhan sel kanker adalah 5:10.

Bamboo grass root extract fraction of n-hexane was carried out development to zeolite NaX. The result of extract was tested activity to breast cancer T-47D with combination ratio of bamboo grass root extract fraction of n-hexane and NaX zeolite to determine the best IC50 in inhibiting the growth of cancer cell. It was caused to know accounting of the best IC50 to inhibition of cancer cells.
Extraction of bamboo grass roots using 80% alcohol solvent and liquid-liquid extraction with n-hexane. The development of bamboo grass root extract on NaX zeolite using dry impregnation method with extract ratio: zeolitea are 1:10; 5:10 and 10:10. The The result of was analyzed using FTIR. The anticancer activity test using the MTT (Microculture tetrazolium) method based on colorimetric reaction and was calculated the percentage of living cells in the each sample.
The spectra of FTIR to extract carry on in zeolite give information absorbtion are at 2923;039 cm-1 for Csp3-H (stretch) asym and 2855;795 cm-1 for -CH2- (stretch) sym. It has prove that bamboo grass root extract fraction n-heksan; to have was carried on the zeolite. The value of IC50 of each comparison respectively is 3;016 μg / mL; 91245 μg / mL; 1;006;215 μg / mL and the best ratio of ratio in inhibiting cancer cell growth is 5:10.
