Abstract
INDONESIA:
Banyak perusahaan yang tidak peduli pada keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja para karyawan, sehingga terjadinya kecelakaan kerja dan gangguan kesehatan pada karyawan. Kepuasan kerja sangat diperlukan dan diharapkan akan dapat bekerja pada kapasitas penuh, sehingga akan meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Sebaliknya jika pegawai tidak merasa puas dalan kinerjanya maka akan terjadi kondisi penuruan kinerja mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh keselamatan, kesehatan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan (path analysis). Sampel penelitian 49 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kemudian kepuasan kerja memediasi kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan

Many companies are not concerned with the safety and health of employees, so that commonly occured some accidents and health problems to the employees. Job satisfaction is needed and expected to be able to work at full capacity, so that will improve the performance of the organization. Conversely, if employees do not feel satisfied in performance then there will be in down condition of their performance. The purpose of this study is to know how the effect of safety, occupational health and job satisfaction on employee performance. This study uses the research quantitative approach. The data were collected by questioner and documentation. This study uses path analyis to analyze the data. The samples of this study consist of 49 respondents. The result shows that work safety does not have an effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has no effect to the employee performance. Then job satisfaction mediates occupational health to the employee performance.
