Abstract
INDONESIA:
Sirsak merupakan family dari Annonaceae yang mempunyai manfaat besar sebagai tanaman buah dan bahan obat tradisional. Kurangnya ketersediaan bibit bermutu dan produksi sirsak yang rendah menyebabkan Indonesia belum dapat memenuhi permintaan ekspor buah sirsak. Perlu adanya upaya penyediaan bibit bermutu dalam waktu yang relatif singkat. Perbanyakan bibit dapat dilakukan menggunakan kultur jaringan untuk perbanyakan tunas. Keberhasilan induksi tunas dalam kultur jaringan dipengaruhi oleh penambahan zat pengatur tumbuh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan NAA dan BAP serta interaksinya yang efektif untuk induksi tunas aksilar Sirsak (Annona muricata L.).
Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Kultur Jaringan Tumbuhan, Jurusan Biologi, Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang pada bulan September-November 2017. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap Faktorial. Terdiri dari dua faktor perlakuan, yaitu konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh NAA (0 mg/l; 0,25 mg/l; 0,5 mg/l; 0,75 mg/l; 1 mg/l) dan BAP (0 mg/l; 0,5 mg/l; 1 mg/l; 1,5 mg/l; 2 mg/l). Parameter yang diamati adalah hari muncul tunas, jumlah tunas, tinggi tunas, dan jumlah daun pada tunas aksilar. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan ANAVA, dilanjutkan dengan uji DMRT 5%, serta uji regresi.
Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan NAA 0,75 mg/l berpengaruh nyata terhadap induksi tunas aksilar yaitu 9 HST, dengan tunas tertinggi 1,68 cm. Konsentrasi BAP 2 mg/l hanya berpengaruh nyata terhadap hari muncul tunas aksilar yaitu 9 HST. Dan interaksi yang efektif adalah NAA 0,75 + BAP 2 mg/l yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tunas yaitu 2,32 cm dengan jumlah daun 3 helai.

Soursop is family of annonaceae which large benefits of fruits plants and materials traditional medicine. Not adequate quality seeds and the production of low the soursop cause Indonesia cannot fulfill the demand for exports the soursop fruits. It is necessary to encourage the quality seeds in a relatively short time. The propagation of seeds can use tissue culture to propagation of shoots. The succcess of induction shoots in tissue culture influenced by the addition of plant growth regulators. The purpose of this study was to know the effect of addition of NAA, BAP and their interaction which are effective for induction axillary shoots of Soursop (Annona muricata L.).
The Research was conducted at the Laboratory of Plant Tissue Culture, Department of Biology, Faculty of Science and Technology, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang in September to November 2017. The study used was completely randomized factorials design. It Consist of two treatment, the concentration of plant grow regulator NAA (0 mg/l; 0,25 mg/l; 0,5 mg/l; 0,75 mg/l; 1 mg/l) and BAP (0 mg/l; 0,5 mg/l; 1 mg/l; 1,5 mg/l; 2 mg/l). The parameters measured were the day appearance of axillary shoots, the number of axillary shoots, the high of axillary shoots, and the number of leaves on axillary shoots. Data were analyzed using ANOVA, were continued by DMRT 5%, and regression.
The results of study showed that the addition of 0,75 mg/l NAA influence is 9 the day after plant, with the highest shoot is 1,68 cm. Concentration of BAP only influence on the day of appearance is 9 the day after plant. And the effective interaction is NAA 0,75 + BAP 2 mg/l influence on high of shoot is 2,23 cm, with the number of leave are 3 strands.
