Abstract
INDONESIA:
Madrasah Ibtidaiyah merupakan lembaga pendidikan dasar yang berciri khas agama Islam. Madrasah berfungsi untuk menjalankan pendidikan dasar seperti sekolah dasar lainnya dengan memberikan tambahan pada mata pelajaran agama sesuai kurikulum yang digunakan. kurikulum yang digunakan saat ini pada lembaga pendidikan dasar adalah kurikulum 2013 yang bersifat tematik integratif. Untuk memastikan kurikulum berjalan dengan baik, maka dibutuhkan strategi yang tepat dan sesuai dalam proses pembelajaran. maka diharapkan tujuan pembelajaran dan target yang diinginkan oleh guru guna meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran tematik dapat tercapai dengan baik.
Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mendiskripsikan pemahaman guru terhadap strategi peningkatan mutu pembelajaran Tematik di MIN 2 Tuban. (2) mendiskripsikan implementasi strategi guru Kelas 1A terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran Tematik di MIN 2 Tuban. (3) mendiskripsikan hasil dari adanya strategi guru Kelas 1A dalam peningkatan mutu pembelajaran tematikdi MIN 2 Tuban.
Untuk mencapai tujuan diatas, digunakanlah pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumenter. Kemudian data yang terkumpul berupa kata-kata dianalisis secara induktif. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari 3 pokok, yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pemahaman guru berupa pertimbangan pemilihan strategi dan metode pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Strategi guru kelas 1A dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran tematik di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Tuban yaitu menggunakan beberapa metode pembelajaran, diantaranya adalah metode bernyanyi, demonstrasi, outing class, ice breaking, permainan/simulasi, merubah tempat duduk, ceramah, pemberian reward, dan pemberian motovasi. Hasil dari adanya Strategi Guru dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pembelajaran Tematik di Kelas 1A yaitu di dapat hasil penilaian siswa kelas 1A yang berjumlah 41 siswa di MIN 2 Tuban pada pembelajaran tematik KI 3 (Pengetahuan) tema 1, subtema 1, 2, dan 3, dengan rincian 31 siswa mengalami peningkatan nilai, 3 siswa mengalami penurunan nilai, dan 7 siswa mengalami fleksibilitas nilai. Dan penilaian KI 4 (Keterampilan) didapat nilai dengan rincian 30 siswa mengalami peningkatan nilai, 7 siswa mengalami penurunan nilai, dan 4 siswa mengalami fleksibilitas nilai.

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is a basic educational institution characterized by Islam. Madrasah has function to run basic education as other elementary schools by providing additional materials on the subject of religion in accorddance with the the curriculum used. Currently, the curriculum used in basic education institutions is an integrative thematic curriculum of 2013. To ensure the curriculum runs well, a proper and appropriate strategy is needed in the learning process. Thus, it is expected that the goals of learning and the targets desired by teachers to improve the quality of thematic learning can be achieved well.
The purpose of this study was to: (1) describe the teacher's understanding on the strategy of improving the quality of thematic learning in MIN 2 Tuban. (2) describe the implementation of the strategy of Class 1A teachers in improving the quality of thematic learning in MIN 2 Tuban. (3) describe the results of the strategy of Class 1A teachers in improving the quality of thematic learning in MIN 2 Tuban.
To achieve the above objectives, a qualitative research approach with qualitative descriptive research type was used. Data were collected by using methods of observation, interview, and documentary. Then the data collected in the form of words were analyzed inductively. Data analysis techniques consisted of 3 principals, namely: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion withdrawal.
The results showed that there was a teachers’ understanding in the form of consideration to select the strategies and learning methods which were suitable to the needs of students in the implementation of learning. The strategy of class 1A teachers in improving the quality of thematic learning in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Tuban was by using several methods of learning, such as methods of singing, demonstration, outing class, ice breaking, game / simulation, changing seats, lecturing, rewarding, and giving motivation. The results of the Teachers' Strategy in Improving the Quality of Thematic Learning in Class 1A were it was obtained results of assessment of grade 1A students, amounting to 41 students in MIN 2 Tuban on thematic learning KI 3 (Knowledge) theme 1, subthemes 1, 2 and 3, with 31 students experienced an increase in marks, 3 students experienced decrease, and 7 students experienced marks flexibility. And the assessment of KI 4 (Skills) obtained marks with 30 students experienced an increase in their marks, 7 students experienced a decrease, and 4 students experienced marks flexibility.
