Abstract

INDONESIA:

Pondok Pesantren merupakan wahana pendidikan Islam sekaligus tempat oleh santri utuk mengaji, Pondok Pesantren sudah ada di Indonesia mulai abad 13-17 M. Selama ini pesantren memiliki kontribusi yang besar dalam pengembangan pendidikan agama Islam dan pendidikan moral bangsa. Pondok Pesantren banyak mencetak da’i, hafidz Al-Qur’an, ustadz dan ustadzah yang profesional, namun saat ini perkembangan IPTEK semakin pesat. Perlu adanya perkembangan pola pendidikan di pesantren yakni santri diberikan bekal keterampilan untuk memupuk jiwa kemandirian santri agar kelak tercipta generasi alumni pesantren yang memiliki label entrepreneur muslim.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk : 1) Mendeskripsikan bentuk usaha yang dilakukan Pondok Pesantren Riyadlul Jannah dalam mengembangkan jiwa entrepreneurship santri, 2) Mengetahui nilai-nilai keislaman yang ditanamkan di Pondok Pesantren, 3) Mengetahui wujud nyata Pondok Pesantren Riyadlul Jannah dalam pengembangan entrepreneurship dan nilai-nilai keislaman.

Untuk mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan diatas maka digunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus atau case study. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik interviu (wawancara), teknik observasi, dan teknik dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu dengan reduksi data, display/penyajian data, serta mengambil kesimpulan lalu diverifikasi. Untuk menguji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi data.

Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Bentuk usaha yang dilakukan pesantren Riyadlul Jannah dalam pengembangan jiwa entrepreneurship adalah a) Pembinaan mental, b), Pengenalan unit usaha, c) Pemberian doktrin, d) Pemberian contoh, dan e) pemberian magang. 2) Nilai-nilai keislaman yang ditanamkan dalam pengembangan entrepreneurship santri antara lain : a) nilai kejujuran, b) nilai keadilan, c) nilai toleransi. 3) Wujud nyata yang diterapkan oleh pesantren Riyadlul Jannah dalam pengembangan jiwa entrepreneurship santri adalah a) Mengamalkan 3 prinsip pesantren Riyadlul Jannah yakni profit oriented, social oriented, dan education oriented, b) dengan pembangunan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Syari’ah (STIES) setiap santri dan mahasiswa dari luar boleh melanjutkan ke jenjang sekolah tinggi dengan tanpa dipungut biaya/gratis, dengan catatan untuk mahasiswa dari luar pesantren akan diseleksi terlebih dahulu.

ENGLISH:

Islamic Boarding School is a medium for Islamic education as well as a place for the students to study; Islamic Boarding School had already existed in Indonesia from the 13th-17th century. Islamic Boarding School has a great contribution in developing the Islamic education and moral education of the nation. Islamic Boarding School has created professional da'i, hafidz Al-Qur'an, ustadz and ustadzah, but today, the development of science and technology has been increasingly rapidly. It is necessary to develop the pattern of education in Islamic Boarding School, the students are given provision of skills to nurture the soul of students independence in order to create a generation of alumni later of Islamic boarding school that has sign of Muslim entrepreneurs.

The purposes of the research are to: 1) Describe the forms of business that are conducted by Islamic boarding school of Riyadlul Jannah in developing the soul of entrepreneurship for the students, 2) Know the Islamic values that are implanted in Islamic boarding school, 3) Know the real form of Islamic boarding school of Riyadlul Jannah in developing entrepreneurship and the Islamic values.

To achieve the objectives above, it was used qualitative approach method with case study research type. Data collection techniques used interview techniques, observation techniques, and documentation techniques. Data analyzed used Miles and Huberman model with data reduction, display / presentation of data, and concluded and then verified. To test the validity of data, it used data triangulation.

The results of research in the field showed that: 1) The forms of business in Islamic boarding school of Riyadlul Jannah were a) Mental development, b), Introduction of business unit, c) Provision of doctrine, d) Provision of samples, and e) provision of apprenticeship. 2) Islamic values that are embedded in the development of entrepreneurship for the students included: a) the value of honesty, b) the value of justice, c) the value of tolerance. 3) The real forms in developing the soul of entrepreneurship for the students were a) Implementing the 3 principles of Islamic boarding school of Riyadlul Jannah, namely profit oriented, social oriented, and education oriented, b) by constructing the High School of Syariah Economics (STIES), each students inside and outside the school may continue to the high school level by free of charge, by selecting first for the students outside of the Islamic boarding school.
